We happened to get there at about 11.20 AM from Thiruvilwamala via GURUVAYUR. Like any other GOVERNMENT office they said the Temple was closed and that we could come at 4.30 PM. We were proceeding to VENGINISSERI. And we did so without seeing Triprayarappan!

Thank vilwadri

This is another temple which is kept very clean with the river Periyar just across the temple. There are not many hotels for stay but a few restauratents. Triprayar is about 20 KMs from Trichur

Thripayar temple,, which is dedicated to Lord Rama is around 26 km from Trissur town. You can easily access this beautiful temple on the way back from Guruvayoor temple, as it is very close to the main road connecting to Ernakulum via N.Paravoor. 'Nattika' Hanuman swamy temple also near by.

The temple is placed on the river shore and the idol is in standing pose facing towards the river flowing at the eastern direction. We washed our feet in the river and entered. The temple and premises were kept very neat and we could feel it every where.

This temple visit was really made us relaxed, which we could never forget !!!
