“A relaxing break”

Delightful cottage in a beautiful setting, Very cosy and comfortable and bottle of wine on arrival was a nice touch. It was a joy to watch the birds in the garden and on the the feeder outside the kitchen window.
Highlights included walks along the river to Burnsall and across the fields to Grassington. Also visits to Bolton Abbey, Ingleton Water Falls and Malham were very enjoyable. Good food at local tea room but only managed one visit.
Cottage is dog friendly which was a real bonus.

“Just Perfect”

We stayed at Ghyllcroft in March 2013 and had the best time. The cottage was very clean and comfortable and had everything you could want....infact during our week we almost challenged Sue and Martin to have overlooked an essential but didn't manage to ! The situation of the property was second to none ..in a quiet lane by a beck in a small village with a traditional pub and a post office that sells all you could want . It was like stepping back 50 years. In fact we were caught out by the snow that fell and had to stay an extra night due to being snowed in but Sue and Martin accommodated us and allowed us to stay an extra night (not that anyone could have gained access anyway!!) We can't recommend Ghylcroft enough infact we managed to stay for a weekend in May 2013 so need I say more!!
