There are some interesting birds here and lots of bunny rabbits but sadly the main part is viewed from a very busy road though the end part they do allow you to walk in.

I adored watching soo many bunnies hopping around surrounded by Swan's & Heron's and in such close proximity to the beach

Although not a twitcher, this is a real nice place to park up opposite the Mount, take you camera or Bino's and just watch for a while, you may be surprised at the variety of birds. If not a bird fan watch the Rabbits, they are hilarious.

I love this little nature reserve in the spring, when it's one of the few places I know that has yellow irises growing wild. I always walk from the bus stop by Long Rock up the road to pick up the bit of St Michael's Way that crosses the reserve. I'm not a particular fan of bunnies but it's a novelty to be able to get close to them and there's always a heron or two as well. It's no less spectacular in winter, with ice on the marshes. There's a public loo in Marazion, ten minutes' walk away.
