Only stayed one night for our wedding anniversary. (Complimentary Champagne in our room was much appreciated) Room 19. View was amazing with a great balcony. We really loved the decor and chilled out ambience of the place. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed a wonderful fish and chips for lunch (washed down with a reasonably priced bottle of Sauvignon) whilst looking at the great view. We ate in the restaurant again in the evening, food was excellent and the best chocolate dessert I have had for a long time! There is a lovely terrace, which must be amazing in the summer, but sadly it was raining when we arrived so we really have to go back very soon! We do quite a lot of weekend breaks, and this really is one of the very best. If its great food, wonderful sea views, beach right in front of you, perfect comfy bed, then book this place!

Room Tip: Room 19 has a four poster bed and very comfy

We stayed at this calming boutique zen hotel . We were greeted by friendly staff and shown to our room #8. Lovely and the view amazing of St Michael's mount.
The bar area with leather sofas facing a large window of the same view. A wonderful balcony outside with tables and chairs fantastic on a warm evening to watch the sunset.
We also had dinner in the restaurant which is below the bar and also has outside space, food was delicious. The staff at this hotel are warm , friendly and chatty with 5Star service. Will definitely be returning.

Couldn't fault it - what a gem of a hotel - view, decor, service, atmosphere, cuisine (too good to call it food) - the standard and presentation was outstanding, and even breakfast was cooked to perfection !

Room Tip: View of St Michael's Mount

Have just visited the mount haven hotel, had the double deluxe room...beautiful room, very spacious and well equipped, room decor and furnishings of a high standard. All the staff we encountered could not be faulted, the barman does the best Gin and Tonics around!. The food in the restaurant was exceptional as was the service, attentive but unobtrusive. The hotel feels very high quality yet there is a relaxed and informal atmosphere throughout the hotel, which just makes you feel you are in an oasis of calm and tranquility. The location and the views from the hotel are amazing, thoroughly enjoyed and would not hesitate to reccommend this hotel.

Many thanks to all concerned at the Mount Haven

also it was a nice touch to give us complimentary fizz as we were celebrating my wifes 40th!

This is a really pleasant hotel of a good three star standard. Quite small with only 18 bedrooms but all the more friendly and attentive as a result. I would think the rooms have been recently refurbished as ours was immaculate. The bathroom looked brand new, the bed was large and extremely comfortable and the view was fantastic. Floor to ceiling windows opening onto a decent sized balcony with views straight over Mounts Bay to St Michael's Mount. We were there recently so the place was nearly empty so rather than using the dining room, tables were laid up in the large and comfortable bar/lounge. It has large slumpy leather sofas or very comfortable wicker arm chairs and again floor to ceiling windows with views over the bay. Despite the lack of numbers there was no skimping on the quality or choice of menu. We were there on a Dinner, Bed & Breakfast rate so ate three times for Dinner and the menu changed each night. Not completely but at least one item from each course changed. It was a fairly small but comprehensive menu. The food was freshly and well prepared and nicely presented and was excellent. Breakfast similarly was freshly cooked and perfectly done. All members of the team were friendly, helpful and efficient. We would definitely stay here again.
