We got a room with a perfect balcony. Nice view over the village and the valley.
The mini bar prices are reasonable.
Under the hotel there is a gelateria were all the village people come to eat, their ice cream is perfect and the Tiramisu cake is awesome.
We felt like in a Fellini movie and enjoyed it. If we will come back to Aosta valley, it will be to the same hotel with the same room.
Danny and his family are very friendly. Danny speaks a little English.
When we got to the hotel the temperature at the valley was 37 degrees. In spite of that the rooms have no air condition and even no vent. Although there is an electricity store few buildings from the hotel, the owner didn't consider buying some for his guests suffering from the heat.
We got second floor room without elevator, Danny; the hotel owner was kind and helped us to lift our luggage.
The rooms we got was very dusty, the mattress and pillows had smell of dust like no one ever tried to vacuum them.More
