Ate in the bar on the last day of our visit to Bishop's Castle. It was a 'fish' night so I had trout with bacon & almonds with new potatoes and a really tasty salad. My husband had crumbed hake with green Thai curry and rice. Both these meals were delicious and our waitress was a joy. Earlier in the day we had enjoyed some of the local brew in the hotel's very attractive gardens which has a great view.
