We booked two rooms as we were visiting an Aunt, we were warmly welcomed. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Tea and coffee in the rooms with plenty of milk.
freshly cooked breakfast,
We definitely stay again

Myself, my mum and sister stayed at the Edwardian House from 25th August until 27th August, we were visiting a friend for her birthday party. We arrived early but were very kindly invited to check in, as the rooms were ready, which was very helpful as we had been travelling all morning and were not sure what time we would arrive. We were shown the lovely rooms, my mum even got a free upgrade which she was very pleased about. We were asked what time we would like breakfast which was great as it meant no real rush to be up the next morning. We really enjoyed our stay at the Edwardian House and would recommend it to anybody, the rooms were lovely and clean, well stocked ie, coffee, biscuits, toiletries etc, breakfast was lovely and the hosts were very friendly and hospitable, we would have no hesitation in returning and hope to do so some time before Christmas

I have stayed three times in the last month for several nights each time on business and have received a warm welcome. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfasts are recommended! Thanks to Jeanette and to John for making me feel at home - "I'll be back"!

i have just had a wonderful weekend at the edwardian guest house in redcar. The owners John and Jeanette were great hosts and made me feel at home immediatley. My room was very comfortable, very clean, great tv and a goodie basket of nibbles to eat. The breakfast was the best i have eaten anywhere for a long time. Great value for money. If you are thinking of staying in the Redcar area make sure you book at the Edwardian Guest house. You will not be disappointed.

Room Tip: all the rooms were excellent

The b&b is very clean and tidy, nothing was to much trouble for them. I found them to be very friendly and helpful with places to visit whilst on our stay with them. Thanks Gill x
