We stayed just for one night as we wanted to take our dogs on their first beach holiday, and i have to say the hotel and staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and its the best cooked breakfast ive had in a long time. Its so nice to find a good pet friendly hotel that is both resonable in price and at a fab location the beach literally 2mins walk we will definately go back.

Enjoyable stay as there was a beer festival going on was a little busy but quiet in the evening. Pub is nice and the food was quite good. Room was a little small as was the bathroom but excellent location and good value. Breakfast was excellent as was the service.

Just stayed at the Bacchus in the family room with my grandchildren had a very pleasant stay , breakfast was good quality staff very helpful . Room had a double bed and bunk beds for the children which the grandchildren thought were great .
beds very comfortable they must have been cos` we had to wake the children up every morning . Located in centre of sutton close to all ameneties and the beach and paddling pool where the grandchildren played most of the time, local area good for young children with a fenced off park ,wouldstay there again .

We stayed here for one night only and can recommend this hotel especially if you have a dog.
Firstly we would all like to say a very big thank you to all members of staff for their service and friendly hospitality. Also to the young lady to whom served breakfast as she is a credit to this hotel. It was a pleasure to have such a young lady who smiled and to whom nothing was a problem. I would like to wish her every success with her future.

We liked this hotel because Mum does not go anywhere without her dog especially being on her own. The dog was allowed to stay in the room to which was a great comfort.
The staff made such a fuss over the dog too. In fact I think the dog had more attention.

We all enjoyed our cooked breakfasts and have to say that the plates were hot and also the food.

We did feel however that as much as we all slept very well and the beds were comfortable and there was a televison and tea and coffee making in the room that the room we stayed in was a bit tired and needed updating. This is the only thing I can say really.

We enjoyed our stay (and the dog ) and would not hesitate to book here again and next time hopefully stay longer than one night.

For anyone looking for hotel in this area please pay them a visit.

Thank you.

Room Tip: Great if you have a dog and please ring them in advance of booking
