We were a family group - two teenagers, their parents and grandmother. We were all made to feel at home and were generously catered for throughout our (4 night) stay, including one who needed a gluten-free diet.
Quiet edge of the village, close to the canal. Rooms were spacious and spotless. Use of the lounge, with English TV, and the pleasant veranda and garden, with petanque terrain and kit, was included. Grannie was pleased to use the lift and all of us were glad of it for baggage moving on arrival and departure.
We had 2 dinners; like breakfast, they were ample and included some choice. The Wi-Fi was meagre. It was lovely to be able to make tea and coffee in our bedrooms before breakfast. Suggestions and advice on sites of interest were helpful. Kelvin and Jane's liberal hospitality meant we had a very happy start to our first holiday in Brittany.
