Favorita is owned and operated by Ernan (not shure this is the correct spelling) who prepares the pasta and the sauces himself. His pasta is just outstanding! pretty much anything you order (I've been there several times!) will delight your senses. Worth the wait (it is always full).
My only observation is that the dining area is dark and cold, the experience would be much better with a fireplace and white painted walls.
