“Half an outlet, half a regular shopping mall”
Reviewed 13 August 2014

This is an attraction if you're addicted to shopping. If not, you better visit Cortona, Montepulciano or Monte San Savino, or Lucignano, or whatever town or village you wish.
Lot's of regular shops, with regular prices, even during sales seasons. Some of the shops are real outlet ones, but this is minority.
But if the weather isn't suitable for sightseeing, that may be a good choice to spend several hours or so.

“Lots of shopping, lots of fun”
Reviewed 3 July 2014

We came here on a Tuesday morning and were surprised by how little people there were, although it is located quite far off any major city and a bit hard to find.
This outlet center has so many stores and offers a lot of different things.
It's very clean and well kept. At noon we had a little lunch at the restaurant on the first floor and were really happy with the food. It was all very fresh and even though the menu is quite small, they only offer tuscan specialities.
Overall this place is definitely worth a visit when you want to spend a little money on cheap but good quality stuff. However it isn't worth it if getting there takes you over an hour. (We took 1 1/2 hours as we're more in the area of Grosseto)

“Go here, if your GPS- works”
Reviewed 29 June 2014

We went twice to this huge heaven of discounted stores. It was quite hard to find here, because the address is via Enzo Ferrari and our GPS didint find that address near by. And the near by city don´t show too many or too big signs to this area. Luckily there were few so we got there. There are about 130? shops here so definitely something for everyone. Many of the shops were known worldwide like: Nike, Adidad, Gap, Puma, Asics etc. but there new faces also I guess those were Italian-shops. The prices were cheap! At least some of the stores :D Big plus compared to many others Outlet stores/Ares there were many sizes son in the store you don't find just extra-small and XXL-sizes, there were usually every sizes. There were couple of food places, not too much but you won't starve. It was nice trip there!

“Outlet”
Reviewed 5 May 2014

Boring. Shops nothing special and prices very average. Limited choice and not worth a trip unless your idea of heaven is shopping.

“Nice shopping”
Reviewed 1 May 2014 via mobile

Nice shopping for both sexes! I advice Gutteridge for men's shirts or camicie.
Also Bottega Verde for shampoo.
Guess, Samsonite, Lindt for chocolate.
