Booked 3 family rooms for large group of ladies for a one night stay and visit to Kew Gardens. Rooms were clean and tidy and spare beds made up as requested. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable, Breakfast was good value for money.

Hi guys just returned home after staying here due to working in kew gardens.
Stayed 3 nights rooms were decent size and clean but the room was so hot I didn't get much sleep at all !!
Only stay in travelodge as a last resort really cos premier inn was full
They need to invest in air conditioning for a start.
But the overall area kew gardens / strand on the green is spot on with some nice pubs.
Once you've seen one Travelodge, they don't differ massively. Kew Bridge, however, had exceptionally friendly staff. General cleanliness was good (this varies between hotels in the chain in my experience) and for the price you pay compared to many other London hotels, it's a perfectly acceptable. Public transport links are good - although there's no tube nearby, there's a bus stop outside with good links and Kew Bridge train station is a short walk. A night bus drops you right outside if you have a night out in town. The hotel is ideal for visiting Brentford FC - expect more away fans now that they've been promoted! Hammersmith, Shepherd's Bush, Kew Gardens and Richmond are all within easy reach for great days and nights out.
I stayed at the Kew Bridge Travelodge for two nights, Friday and Saturday, I paid about £100 with breakfast - a real bargain for London! The staff here are so lovely, they make you feel so welcome and couldn't do enough for me. There is a great restaurant/bar in which I spent a great evening with a group of people who had been to a Wedding when I got back from my family party! Really helpful and friendly staff, I really enjoyed me stay.
temp inside the room was unbearable. We stayed for 2 nights and after the first night asked for a fan, never turned up ! family room has a lovely double bed, the other 2 beds were like rock to sleep on
We are sorry to learn of your poor experience at our London Kew Bridge hotel jayne1012. It is regrettable to learn you found your room was too warm, we do provide a number of fans for our customers at reception; these are at a first come first serve basis however we are currently in the process ensuring all of our hotels are fully stocked with extra fans for the summer months. We are sorry this fan was not provided to you and we will be sure to pass on your comments to the hotel management team so that they can look into your concerns.
Stayed in few other travelodge hotel. So far the best travelodge. The staff were excellent throughout my stay. Always helpful whenever needed. Room was clean, could not find any fault during my stay. Food is bit expensive but the service was very good. Will be back during the world cup.
