Booked a one night stay whilst Hampton Court Flower Show was on. Twin room and 2 cooked breakfasts for £69.00 for the whole thing, car parking £5.00 for 24 hours, excellent value for all. Hotel staff were extremely welcoming and helpful from the reception team to the bar/cafe staff. Both the evening meal and the breakfast were very good, with a good choice for this kind of hotel. Room 329 is excellent with a lovely view of Kew Bridge and the river Thames and was clean and of a very good standard. Took 25 minutes to walk to the entrance gate of Kew Gardens or a bus could easily have been caught right outside the travelodge. Hampton Court the following day took 25 minutes by car. Overall an excellent location, a travelodge I would most definitely use again in the future.
Booked an overnight stay as we were attending the Eminem concert at wembley. Arrived at 1.30pm, paid £10 for early check in. Family room, double bed plus single made up. Rooms were clean and spacious. Tea making facilities, plenty of towels. Fan provided( needed in this heat)
Prepaid for 24hr parking, left car at the basement under the hotel. Key card gives you direct access from basement to the lifts to the rooms/reception.
The hotel now has a restaurant with food/drinks menu. Reasonable price and varied choice.24hr takeaway pizza service also available. Reception staff were very helpful, if need any extras(hairdryer/duvets etc) also friendly cleaner for needed extra amenueies. In sunmary, easy to get to, clean friendly hotel. Mcds 3min walk, turn right from hotel-open til midnight. 40mins from wembley, 1hr with traffic. Lovely views of the Thames. Comfy beds, only complaint was the pillows were extremely hard...all In all very happy with our stay!
The room was clean, staff were very friendly. Definitely coming back later. I stayed for a night out with my friends and it was very good. The bar guy was very good, helped us choose the menu. The food was very good.
I couldn't decide whether to stay here or at the Premier Inn a short walk away. In the end price won as the Premier Inn was £120 a night with no breakfast and Travelodge was £62 and £75.50 with two people for breakfast.
The corridors were a bit narrow so I was surprised to find a very spacious room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and of a very good standard.
The only this that let this hotel down was the breakfast. The English breakfast was pretty poor quality and looked as if it had been sitting under the lamps for several hours and the lady behind the counter wasn't as friendly as the other staff members. If I'd not had breakfast I would give this hotel 10 out of 10.
I'll admit that I've not been to the Premier Inn in Kew but I have stayed in many of them. Even if the price was similar I would still very much recommend this Travelodge.
This Travelodge was really good to other ones ive stayed in. It looked newly refurbished. Room was clean. Staff were really nice and patient with us. Lovely lads. There is nothing around really its in very quiet area no pubs etc around. There is playground for kids right beside it. Overall really good for Travelodge.
