Near the US and Korean Embassies, a compound hotel consisting of 2 buildings. 24/7 electricity, relatively spacious and clean rooms, air conditioning which cools, wifi which works on and off (depending on provider intermittent availability), limited options on cable, and very friendly staff (as throughout Yangon). Shower with relatively weak water pressure, warm water available, cute toiletries. Restaurant has limited selection, but relatively good Thai. You have to chase up your laundry - its done, but they do not practice bringing it to room upon completion.

This place is ideally situated to explore the ancient caoital of the Pyu kingdom. The bungalows surround the litlle lake. The food is certainly the best in town. Also is very helpful and abundant.
Pyay, far from the tourist zones of Bagan, Mandalay and Inle , is for the lovers of Burma in the olden days.

Amazing. Quiet, pleasant and friendly. The idea of converting large pound into small streams flowing everywhere around the rooms was remarkably brilliant. The aroma of tropical flowers and mango trees reminds me 007 movie Dr. No.

Room Tip: Continuous hearing of small waterfall sound makes room 201 to most pleasant room in entire resort.

The room had fleas, bedbugs and
Numerous spiders. There was no hotel water and the bathroom looked black with mould and all the surfaces were slimy. The bed sagged off to one side and the noise from reception was loud and went all night. I have seen cleaner dog kennels. Oh and the toilet blocked up and thesis rename guy fixed it by overflowing it.
