To me it can be classified as a good 3* hotel.
The room we had was comfortable and quite clean, the bath was a little bit dated but clean with all the necessary amenities( even toothbrushes , toothpaste and razors -plastic slippers as well as cotton ones) . The room was warm ( we stayed there middle of April ) but with the window open the temperature inside was nice .My room overlooked a garden and was very quiet.
The buffet was ordinary - better for breakfast where there was quite good choice and the typical Kerman biscuits filled with date jam . Dinner had the usual two soups we found in any hotels in Iran with a few salads and a choice between fish and meat as a main course .
