“Society group lunch”
Reviewed 13 April 2014 via mobile

We recently booked a lunch for our art society for about 20 people. The food was excellent, very well presented, and staff very helpful with a relaxed atmosphere. The three course meal with coffee to follow was very good value and we will certainly be booking again.

There is so much I want to say about the Kinmel Manor! My husband and I looked high and low for the perfect place to hold our wedding (and somewhere to house my husband’s enormous family) On our first visit we were offered coffees (something no other venue had offered us) They had a small folder with all their wedding information for us to take away and they took us on a full tour around the venue. We were made to feel so relaxed and welcome that it was easy to choose them for our venue.

We dealt mostly with Adrian, who is the most professional and patient man we’ve ever met! The amount of times we rang, emailed and went to the venue to ask questions and double check details and not once did he make us feel like we were being a nuisance. He constantly went above and beyond during our twelve months of planning and considering we weren’t the only wedding he had on his hand is hugely impressive. Adrian is well mannered and puts you at ease. He made our wedding planning so simple and took most of the stress away from us.

The staff at the Kinmel are very hard working. Every member we dealt with always had a smile, was polite and genuinely seemed excited about our day as much as we were.

The food was out of this world (not just for the wedding, but we also had a few lunches there as well) and the breakfast on the morning after the wedding was very generous.

All our guests commented on how lovely, clean and spacious the rooms were and would happily book there again.

I am so glad we had our wedding here, if it wasn’t for Adrian and the staff I don’t think we would of had such a well organised day, they even managed with the 30+ children we had invited.

Thank you so much from Mr and Mrs Wynn and Quita Williams

We stumbled across Kinmel Manor midweek looking for last minute accommodation in north Wales and are very glad we did! Huge clean well equipped room with four poster bed for a great price including a 3-course evening meal. Bed was the best I'd slept in in the previous 10 day touring holiday- didn't want to get up! Staff were helpful and friendly at arrival, during the evening and at departure. Food was great in terms of quality and choice in both evening and at breakfast. We would have stayed a second night had we found it earlier in our trip. We will be returning on our next trip to Snowdonia, by which time the spa facilities will be available too! Faultless! Thanks!

Room Tip: Ask for any special offers- e.g dinner, bed and breakfast.

Good a good deal on room and was expecting more than got. The room was in a bad state of repair and not very clean. View was the top of a flat roof. If had paid the full price would have been really upset. Food in brazziere good although as no one else there not a good vibe. Staff not very welcoming. Room was cold. Room so bad couldn't stay and relax in it. I wouldn't pay the full price for the room and glad we got a deal. Didn't take advantage of any of the facilities as we were there for a specific reason and no time. Breakfast OK. Would never go back - sorry I know that this goes against other reviews but perhaps it was our room - really needed cleaning and painting - chunks of walls missing - just looked neglected which wasn't what you'd expect to pay for at the price we paid.

Room Tip: Not overlooking the flat roof.

Stayed at the Kinmel Manor for a little getaway. Lovely comfortable room with great beds. Very clean bathroom and shower a lovely space to return to after a long day of walks by the sea and shopping!
Very friendly staff and a nice intimate atmosphere. The food is delicious and presented in a very appealing way. A menu to suit all tastes. Yum!
Would definitely recommend a stay and will undoubtedly come by again, especially now when they are in the process of expanding with spa treatments.
