“Definitely Reccomend This Hotel”
Reviewed 13 July 2014

I recently went to stay at the Nissaki Beach Hotel for 5 days for my birthday and they made sure that I was well looked after.

There is a great daily programme, run by the Hotel Entertainment Team: Phillip, Alex, Justina, Maria and then their Team Leader. They do lots of activities such as Aqua Gym, Archery, Darts, and many others. There's also kids entertainment with dancing in the evenings which is always good fun.

I would like to give a massive thank you to Maria especially because for the first few days I was struggling to settle in and she made sure that I joined in with the activities and had some fun whilst I was there. I also noticed how good she was when she was working with the children and making sure all the guests were happy and enjoying themselves. She definitely made my stay more enjoyable and I would like to say that she was a big credit to the Animation Team and did them all proud.

The food was also very enjoyable and the bar staff were all very friendly people. The receptionists were always there to help with any questions you might have, even though some of them struggled with English, they still made sure they could help.

The beds and rooms were very good and were always kept clean by the service staff. I would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a nice beach holiday away for a few days.

Room Tip: Rooms fairly high up are very quiet and have a great balcony view out onto the ocean and sunrise eve...

Nice staff mostly. 1-2 not so nice but there are always those on every hotel right? :)

There were many different nationalites in here. French, norwegian, german etc. A few swedish people like me, and maybe 1-2 brittish. The breakfast was great aimed as a brittish breakfast with bacon and pancakes etc.

The lunch was decent, you usually could scrap together french fries and some meat to it. Between the suppers you could always get a snack in the bar if you are all inclusive. I kind of liked the snacks but not my daughter.

In the food apartment the dinner at night was the best. Great tzatziki and lots to choose from. My semivegetarian wife could also find stuff with no meat.

The pool was really close to the beach, sunbeds on the beach cost extra but at pool free. (Get sunbeds on the pool by getting up early, at 10 they are all taken) Pool was fresh and the ocean had great water. The only thing on the beach that it was stony, but if you go 150 metres from the hotel you can find some sand there. Beuatiful stones though and not sharp stones so you can go there without problems.

The hotel inside was a nice place with a great lobby, and the room was ok. Here comes the biggest problem we were suffering from. THE BEDS WERE ROCK HARD! My wife used the daughters folding bed she was given coz she thought that was better. That hard was the beds :) She had trouble sleeping the last 3-4 nights.

About geography, the hotel was great with good animation things to do. We took the local bus to Casiopi which were a nice little town and it only took 20 minutes. But thats the only thing we did outside the hotel. We felt a little isolated at the hotel and could have used a little variation.
I would have rented a car if we did it again so we could explore corfu a little more and. After 5 days we were a little full of the place.

great food, helpful staff, clean hotel right on the beach. away from it all. a local bus can take you to any of the little towns between hotel and corfu town. not great if you want to shop and eat out but if you want to flop for a week on a lovely beach with a nice pool and activities for the kids it fits the bill. very few english speaking families so evening entertainment has a very eurovision feel. the shop on the first floor on the way to the pool sells the usual beach stuff but beware - the pool ring i bought was faulty and he tried to fix it with selotape! he refused to exchange it for one that worked and got quite stroppy when i said i would speak to the hotel management.

Very nice place located right on the beach, with beautiful view, great food and friendly Staff, ideal for a family or relaxing holiday. It's a little bit away from everything, so it's not a good place for people who like to spend their time partying. I really recommend this place.

Lover the hotel and the quiet location right on the beach. Not bear to very much in the way of night life which was my only gripe with the location. We were probably one of the only English couples there which made us feel isolated from the other guests, especially as they were a lot older than us too, however this is not the hotels fault. We stayed for a long weekend and that was enough time for us there because of how remote it was. If we were staying there longer we would hire a car. Food was amazing. Bed was squeaky and only one English channell on tv and that was the news.

We visited Nissaki in 2012 and hurried to go wherever the ...we can asap! The Hotel is really at the end of the world, on a stony beach and you have nothing to visit for quite a few km. The staff is grumpy and never willing to listen and don't really speak English or any other languages, but Greek!! The rooms are OK, but have horrible bathrooms. 'All Inclusive' is not really all inclusive as you have to pay for your own water!! No store to buy yourself for other food if you don't like what you have for dinner or breakfast..all in all it's the worst holiday we have ever had!!

Just returned from our 10th holiday at Nissaki Beach Hotel in Corfu.
Hotel in a peaceful setting with amazing views across to Albania and southwards to Corfu town.
Rooms are a little tired but clean and comfortable.
Communal areas are excellent, staff friendly and welcoming, and the food is varied and very good.
The sea is a stone's throw from the hotel gardens, which are colourful and well maintained.
There are many activities on offer for the more energetic, but plenty sunbeds for those who prefer to laze by the pool, which is a delight to swim in.
There are lovely walks along the coast in both directions, with a choice of tavernas for a refreshing drink or meal, and boats can be hired to explore further afield.
This is our favourite spot for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, and we are already looking forward to our 11th visit!

Room Tip: Worth asking for a sea view although side rooms also have a wonderful view.
