This was my first time in Greece, I went with my friend 7th - 14th May. The hotel itself is nice & if you have a room at the building at the back like we did it is nice & quiet & has a garden/sea view. The pool area was nice & clean & plenty of comfy sunbeds to choose from. The hotel is situated in a great area with everything near by & a beach 5mins walk away. We made friends with people in The Level Bar & found ourselves there every night. The wifi didn't work in the rooms, only the pool area, didn't even work in restaurant part which is in the actual hotel. There were steep ramps & door knobs which were very difficult to use, especially for my disabled friend. The toilet in our room was cracked in numerous places which we noticed on the third day, no idea how we could still sit on it! The food is a downfall at this hotel as it is luke warm & not a great selection at breakfast. Also the receptionist wasn't helpful when asked a question. I would stay at this hotel again but not as All Inclusive as there's plenty of places to eat & drink out & at reasonable prices.

Went all inclusive to the mediteranee.first mistake food in dinner hall for breakfast lunch and evening meal ( I use the word meal loosley ) was diabolical I am sure the chef if you could call him that only knew chicken pork and fish if you didnt go in when meals started and the food ran out then tough because they didnt fill up with what had run out have been to a few all inclusive before this was by far the worst
The rooms were basic but clean and clean towels every day
The only good thing really about staying here is the location. We noticed they are doing the hotel up and was informed it will be a five star they have mega inprovements to get to that standard
I will be back to tsilivi again but will not be all inclusive again and certainly not this hotel
We didnt let this spoil our holiday as we could eat out in some lovely places

Room Tip: Try another hotel. If you are going here bit noisey ask for rooms further back

It was our first time in Zakynthos.
The room was on the second floor- there is a lift - in a rear building (one of the three) with a mountain view - that means it overlooked a lush garden- and you could see the sea from a distance like in any of the other rooms in the front - which are a lot noisier because of the continuous traffic of the main street. The room was basic but kept clean every day and the towels changed every other day and the bed sheets twice a week. We enjoyed the tranquility of our balcony a lot.
The food was tasty, mostly traditional, a bit lacking in salads, but plenty of meat - delicious veal, pork, chicken, also vegetarian dishes.
The pool was great, though you had to be early in finding sunbeds - they seemed not to be enough. The pool bar served some chips and sandwiches between meals and besides beer and wine some cocktails- simple ones. Didn't like Coca Cola, but the other fizzy drinks were
acceptable.
We aren't really pool people, we love going to the beach, it's like 400m to walk, not much. The sea is wonderful, child-friendly and works miracles on rheumatism - I can still feel its effects.
It's a must to go to Navajo Beach and to the turtle -Careta Careta island - thank you Jackie for your guidance and help.
All in all, it was a great holiday, we will come back for sure!

Room Tip: Rooms not to the main street,as they are noisy because of the traffic

My partner and I decided to go to Zante for the 1st time this year as heard many good stories about the island. Stayed at this hotel as prices were fair and close to shops, bars and restaurants.

We arrived and the hotel room was lovely nice and big with air conditioning. Nice balcony area and view of gardens.

Pool area is lovely and plenty of places to chill and relax. Pool is cold but once your in its great.

The only down side is the food, some days it's Ok and then on other days pretty bad. As my partner is a fussy eater there wasn't much choice and food was always Luke warm.

Bar snacks are Ok If your a bit peckish in an afternoon and cocktails are good but avoid the Coca Cola!

Brilliant area and plenty to do, nefis shipwreck day out is awesome!

Would come to zante again but maybe different hotel but same area.

Stayed in this hotel last year with a friend. On the contrary to other people reviews - we absolutely loved the food. Fresh salads, feta cheese, really nice and tastefull greek food as mains - I really don't understand what some reviewers complain about as this was possibly the nicest food I've ever eaten in any hotel ever.

When we arrived we got room just in front of the pool, which looked a bit shabby so we asked for another one. We had to wait a little bit but only until the standard check-in time which was absolutely fine - in the meantime we went for breakfast and to explore Tsilivi a bit. When we came back we got much nicer room with view to the "garden", the equipment was not brand new but everything (including the small bathroom) was spotlessly clean and that really is all we needed as we only took showers and slept there.

Pool was nice with clean water, Wi-Fi worked well.

Very pleasant place to be in - I would definitely come back to this hotel without any hesitation and can only recommend it if you're generaly happy person not picking on insignificant details.

We stayed in the hotel for a week at the end of September. The hotel was exactly as it has been descirbed. Clean rooms, good service, plenty of food, nice pool area. In general our expectations were covered, even more, compared to three star hotels in other touristic areas in Greece. What really made me angry are the reviews from some English about Eastern European people. The only people that made noise at 3 am and woke up the rest of resting people were drunken English tourists. Security was asked to step in. Enligh, come to some of our resorts or go to Spain to see what English people with "good manners" do. I would recommend this hotel for all that would like to have relaxing holiday.

Lovely pool area with plenty of sun loungers.
Room was very clean. Shower a tad small but it was very powerful.
Food was not to my taste but plentiful. They don't tend to cater for children, unless of course you're child loves cold chips then they'd be fine.
Don't drink the blue lagoon and buy your own coke, unless you like fizzy water with a teeny weeny drop of brown colouring in it.
Friendly bar staff but the Reception staff could really do with some lessons in how to be polite.
Overall it was nice but I wouldn't stay again mainly because the food was such a let down.
