first time in tsilivi and we stayed at this hotel right on the beach so perfect location lovely hard working staff only gripe was having to pay for sunbeds on grass and the beach because not enough sunbeds round the pool and the ones that are need updating as the height adjusters were broken one broke while i was just lying there and i ended up with a nasty bruise on my arm .and any one can stroll of the beach and use the pool but saying that i would stay here again and would recommend it for location alone

Room Tip: ask for a higher floor if possible but not next to reception as its a bit noisy

We first went here nine years ago for a BBQ. We liked it so much we decided to book two weeks here in June this year. Everyone was so helpful at the Phoenix. Great location, great staff, fantastic time. We loved it so much we booked it again for September 2015. See you all then. X X

Room Tip: The front overlooks the pool and sea, our side view room also overlooked the sea, was nice and shady...

We don't live at the hotel but we have been eating at there beach restaurant twice, lovely food! Can really recommend the club sandwich with chicken, very nice staff! Close to the water and really cosy to just sit and relax before you go back to your sun chair.

We returned to this emporium of relaxation for an 8th time !!! It never ever disappoints, the staff are so efficient the reception staff give the best hugs and welcome you like you are family. All the waiters & waitresses are so sincere & friendly and always ready to help. Nothing is too much trouble, they take the time to speak to you about your day, or are eager to recommend local restaurants and bars. The hotel is spotless the rooms are lovely and have everything you need, a comfortable large beds, plenty of wardrobe space, fridge, flat screen TV, & air conditioning.
!!! The breakfast has so much choice, you can choose different each day !! The food served in the at the snack bar is incredible, so fresh and varied. Of course the location is perfect, right on the beach !! We have met uo with some lovely people this year !! Good job we have already booked for next year !!!! Good times !!! see you soon Maria XXXX

Room Tip: The sea view rooms are amazing, but to be honest all the rooms are lovely we have stayed in one or t...

Had a fantastic time here in the Phoenix Beach Hotel. Hotel was clean and tidy at all times, maid service was faultless and room was always cleaned daily.

Hotel standard over all was excellent, we had a family room that had 2 bedrooms (room 401) that met our requirements exactly. Having a child with additional needs meant we needed a bath and this room had one. Plug was given to us by reception due to the typical Greek plumbing ( if you have been to Greece before you will know what I mean)

Reception staff always willing to help and go the extra mile, the lovely Maria even helped us to the coach with our bags when it was stuck at the top of the road.

Food from the bar was always nice and fairly priced, served with a big smile by the lovely Myriam or a bit witty banter by Kez, Nothing was any trouble for either of them!

Drinks in the day made by the Greek god of mixology Giannis! (I recommend the Mojito)

In the night we was looked are by the boy wonder Julian and his stunning voice at the bar ;-)( smile an everlasting smile). Eva was always on had with a smile to take the drinks orders, that she knew of by heart by the 2nd day.

Pool area was lovely, inviting and always clean.

Breakfast was adequate and much the same as any B & B Skype breakfast I have had in Greece.

All in all in highly rate this hotel and would recommend it for anyone.

Last word goes to all the staff as they do truly go out there way to make your visit special.

Chose this hotel because it is near the beach, but apart from the lovely beach it is a really great hotel. Spacious bar and reception area, well appointed rooms (no charges for fridge now!) and friendly and helpful staff. A really great selection of breakfast foods-all kinds of cereal, fruit, scambled eggs, cold meats and cheeses, cake and several types of bread and spreads. The outdoor bar restaurant is good for lunch and is a very pleasant place to realax out of the sun for a few drinks. Regarding all the adverse comments about sunbeds--why would you want to sit round a pool with such a lovely beach right outside! 2 sunbeds and an umbrella on the beach was 6 Euros (we had to pay 21 Euros in Minorca a few years ago). These people have to earn a living in 6 months of the year to keep them for the whole year so we can't begrudge them a few Euros for sunbeds.

We spent a week here and enjoyed the pool, location, food and incredibly friendly and dedicated staff.

I had the freshest of swordfish, incredible squid and perfect salads. The chef who is in during the mornings just makes incredible lunches. I understand she's been cooking for years. It shows. Thank you Madame again!

Freshly squeezed orange juice, fabulous pool area and exquisite service...

Myriam and Kes... THANK YOU!
