“Perfect Holiday Getaway!”

If you are looking for somewhere clean, spacious and in a quiet location but within easy reach of amenities then this is the place for you.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment in the block set away from the pool. From our large balcony we had a view up into the hills surrounding Tsilivi. We had a room with a double bed and then twin beds in the main room. The kitchenette provided us with a fridge and the basics (utensils, kettle, 2 ring hob) to enable us to have lovely breakfasts every morning and a nice chilled beer/wine at night! The apartment was large and clean and we had no complaints. The cleaners came regularly and towels were changed. We didn’t use the aircon as it was cool enough but it was there if you needed it (not sure if that was at an extra cost or not).
Located less than10 minutes walk from the main strip in town there were plenty of bars and restaurants on tap without being smack bang in the middle of it. I can highly recommend the Olive Tree restaurant. You may have to wait some nights for a table but the food and staff make it more than worth it! The beach was also about a 10 minute walk away and you end up on the quieter end of the beach, slightly away from the main resort. I preferred this end of the beach as it seemed a bit quieter.
We didn't eat in the pool bar or use the pool but there always seemed to be a spare lounger or two. The pool was regularly cleaned and from the looks and sounds of things everyone seemed to enjoy themselves there. The staff were also lovely. We were shown to our room by the owner on the first day and she answered all our questions and then pointed out the nearest supermarket. There is one a stone’s throw from the apartments but if you take the walk into town there are 2 more supermarkets there which are much cheaper and with a wider selection.
Tsilivi is the perfect resort if you are looking for somewhere with a beach to relax on and a good choice of restaurants and bars. It's not too touristy and you still get a feeling of being in Greece although I would highly recommend renting a car and exploring to the north of the island. Here you'll find locals selling honey, wine and olive oil amongst other home grown things from right outside their homes. We found the locals to be incredibly friendly and left us wanting to go back again!
So in a nutshell, if you are looking for somewhere that's amazing value for money and in a relaxing location then I would highly recommend you book the Manousis.

Appartments clean and tidy. Managed to self cater for breakfast and lunch, and ate out on a night, as the kitchen was only basic and not much room to prepare food. The pool bar provides decent food at a reasonable price. The pool was a good size but very cold, but then again it was October! The appartments are situated in a quiete area of the resort but only 5-10 minute stroll to the beach, or a little longer to main area with supermarkets, shops and bars ect! We had hoped to see more of the island but when we were there we had thunder, lightening and heavy rain for 3 days out of 7. We would like to go back to see the rest of zante but only in summertime.

Manousis, on the gorgeous island of Zakynthos, is an excellent choice for anybody looking for a quiet, clean, friendly, not-too-flash place to stay.

Ideal for families and couples, it is within a few minutes walk of both the beach and the bars & shops in the centre of the excellent resort of Tsilivi but, being off the main roads and not near any loud bars, it remains quiet and secluded.

The owners and staff are superb. Very friendly, funny and efficient and go out of their way to ensure that you have a good stay.

They have an extensive menu of very reasonably priced and tasty food which is served at the bar (adjacent to the pool) throughout the day.....the fried breakfast is one of the best I've ever had!

There is entertainment in the small bar on certain evenings for those who don't wish to venture further afield and the Greek BBQ night comes highly recommended. The bar itself is open every evening.

Apartments are basic but are modern, spacious and very clean.

The pool and adjacent area are excellent too. Decent enough sized pool with another small pool for infants next to it and plenty of sun loungers to relax on.

Tsilivi itself has enough to offer something for almost everybody. There are plenty of different restaurants and shops and it is lively enough in the evenings without going so far as to attract those who want a really wild holiday! It is also close to the lovely capital, Zakynthos Town, and can be used as a base to explore the island oneself or to take one of the many boat cruises round the island.

Overall, Manousis is an excellent and welcoming place to stay which I would definitely recommend to anybody. We’ll be back!

After considering the Zante star apartments i booked in here for a week with my wife and small baby after a night flight with an early morning arival there was no one to greet us from the hotel but was shown to our rooms by the Olympic rep,I thought this was a bit odd but it was 3 in the morning so went straight to sleep.
In the morning we had chance to take in our surroundings and this hotel and rooms are spotlessly clean and a very good size, we were in the newer 2 storey block witch i believe has the larger rooms with aircon and safety deposit box at 17 euros a fortnight for each. our room was seperated into 2 rooms with a proper double bed in one and 2 singles in the other.it also has a small kitchenette with sink and two ring hob and fridge , The Kitchen was not stocked very well for self catering with utensils and cooking stuff but this is probably because more people eat out but we had a baby to cater for and also very low water pressure on the sinks . It also has a full bath with shower above which has good pressure but kept fallig out of the holder.

The pool area has plenty of loungers to choose from and a very clean pool which for the amount of rooms is quite large with a small baby pool. And a snack bar with shaded seating for bar snacks and drinks with a tv.

The overall location i found was good about 10 minutes walk form the town centre over not to dificult terrain which we managed with a pushchair.

Although i do not go back to places i visit i would recommend this to others who want a relaxing atmosphere with friendly staff in a quiet location we spoke to people there who visit year after year and love it.

Stayed at these apartments for one week in October during which we had 8 thunderstorms during our 7 day stay. The weather did not spoil our holiday due to the great customer care we received from Saki and Yianni , nothing is too much trouble for these guys. Would recommend these apartments as they are very spacious however the cooking equipment/utensils are limited and most people would struggle to cook the most basic meal with them.

Just returned from at week at Manousis apts. Basic but adequate accom with a full bathroom which is unusual in Greece. Situated in a quiet area of the resort, set back down a quiet road about a 5 min walk from the beach - at the nicer end, where there are two nice beach bars called Mango and Relax.
Only short stroll into the resort for restaurants, shops etc. The main top road was too busy and touristy for us but found a nice greek taverna near the beach called Trenta Nova, where we ate on a couple of occasions - lovely food - would recommend.
