This place is the first one in all our years of travelling around Europe that has ticked all our boxes. The villas are in a very safe and very well looked after enclosed compound - close enough to the lovely beach and resort for restaurants and facilities, but outside enough to avoid noise, traffic etc - they offer privacy from each other, are very spacious, beautifully decorated (we stayed in Ammos), have everything you may need for your stay, from 1st aid kit, to incense burners and candles to keep mosquitoes away in the evenings. The pool is in excellent condition, impeccably clean and the grounds are beautifully manicured. We found space, beauty, relaxation, fun and delicious meal times, particularly with the breathtaking sunsets in the background, all in one place. We are a small family - our daughter is 4, and found the place very safe for her. She particularly loved the swimming pool, which was heated and that made a massive difference to how wonderful it was to get in the water (and never want to get out!). The lovely Lily comes in every day with a big smile on her face to ensure we dint have to lift a finger with the house work. She was efficient and discreet. A gem. However, what sets this place above others, is not just the fantastic design and decoration, but the thoroughly thoughtful personal attention and service Katerina offers. From the personal welcome, toys for our daughter, her own grown olive oil, and absolutely delicious and very locally source items in the welcome basket, to the recommendation to make orange juice from the very large amount of oranges (amongst many other fruits) she offered. We wanted rest, peace and privacy, we didn't hire a car and she made sure we knew how to make the most of our stay with her recommendations for us. She is someone that knows what it takes to be a host, and delight customers. We feel very lucky we found this place and spend the most wonderful 10 days.
