we visited the Akrotiri cafe several times whilst staying at Ag Stefanos and although quite a hike up there it's well worth it for the magnificent view of the two villages and the islands in the distance. Plenty of modern comfy seating and welcome shade. The drinks and lovely salads were served perfectly and it was so nice to get away from it all up there, a really peaceful haven! The place was immaculate too.Just do it.

First of all this place is really worth a visit. The view is really stunning!
But I may also add that there is only limited variety of food, so don't expect to get a full Lunch/dinner there. Only salads and snacks were listed on the Menu! (But the salad we had was wonderful!)

We stopped here purely by chance, simply because there was a sign on the main road that said this had the best views on the island. This was so true. However, the restaurant was excellent. Very clean with plenty of comfortable seating. Service was very efficient and the food was perfect for a lunch time light bite. I can only imagine that an evening meal with the sun setting must be incredible. Well worth going to.

My wife and I have visited this area of Corfu for the last ten years and watched Akrotiri being built. It is one of our favourite places. Strategically placed high on the head-land over-looking Arillas on one side and Agios Stephanos on the other, a customer can enjoy some of the most breath taking views on the whole island. Our route up to it is the "road-way" immediately behind the Juice bar in Agios Stephanos, directly across the road from Margarita's super-market. It is a steep climb, usually taking about twenty minutes but well worth it. You have to simply sit and drink in the stunning views.
Akrotiri offers a good and varied menu at reasonable prices. We usually have Peach - or lemon, tea with sandwiches or salad. Staff are attentive but not imposing and there is no obvious hurry to move customers on. I have heard no complaints about the food and on a recent two weeks visit, we enjoyed Akrotiri on four separate occasions. Very highly recommended !

We had coffee here several times on our recent holiday in San Stefanos, in fact when we were walking to Arillas for the day we tried to stop twice as the views were so spectacular, enjoying beers or ouzo or wine depending on time of day. Often we sat and read after coffee soaking in the blue sky and sea and we were never hassled or made to feel we had to order anything else. A truly lovely place.
