Description: Restaurant "El Muelle de Arriate" is located in the trainstation of Arriate, one of the White Villages close to Ronda.A tapas restaurant with quite a range of tapas and plates. As we work with fresh ingredients many times we also offer a new "invention" wich you will not find on our menu. We take special care of your children and with us you can have an early dinner if you like.In summer with spectacular views from the terrace along the railway line towards the mountains of the Sierra de las Nieves. In winter close to the fireplace. We are open for lunch and dinner.

A group of ladies, we got the train from Gaucin to El Muelle de Arriate for lunch after an evening in a hotel celebrating a friends birthday. The owner was so friendly and attentive and made fantastic food suggestions. The atmosphere was great and the views breath taking. The food was beautiful and so well presented. We had a fantastic lunch to finish off a brilliant couple of days. The only downside is that we don't live nearby. If you're ever near Ronda you have to try it.

Wonderfully unique position, with an excellent atmosphere and service. All the food we sampled was exceptionally well presented, innovative and delicious. The varied menu included tapas, starters and/or main course selections which could be shared to suit all budgets. The owner Frank was extremely helpful in helping us to select the type of food we would enjoy and other regular diners even gave us some great recommendations! We had a thoroughly enjoyable meal and excellent, good value, house wine, which is always a sign of a good restaurant. We also felt that Frank was more interested in ensuring we had a lovely meal than lining his own pocket, since he recommended good value options e.g. the house wine and starters to suit our taste which meant that our main course could be shared (also at his suggestion). He even went out of his way to provide a reduced size portion of a different main course, just so that we could sample it without having to pay the full portion price. He was also very attentive to our young son's needs and tastes and made sure he felt as special as we did.We had a wonderful meal to be remembered which will be difficult to beat. We would love to return with friends and share the experience and would highly recommend anyone to visit and enjoy this little gem.

A wonderful way to end a delightful holiday in this wonderful part of Spain.take Franks advice and let him take you on a culinary journey that will amaze you. What a delightful host. The whole evening from start to finish was like dining at the home of a a very good friend. The menu was explained in detail and was exactly as described and beautifully presented by his staff. For a starter try Franks birthday cake. He will explain it to you. Yummy!

We were recommended by the owners of the B&B (La Perla Blanca, also terrific), to visit and were thoroughly delighted. Frank was a wonderful host and made relevant suggestions based on what we told him we liked. Issa, the chef, cooked truly inventive food with delicious flavours without being fussy. We returned to eat lunch on our last day before driving to the airport and were thrilled that our last meal in the Ronda area was here! Do go.
