We had a lovely 3 nights at this wonderful resort. Everything was very well thought of and the staff were exceptional and provided an excellent service from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Can’t recommend it enough.

We had 3 days at leela goa .

A very average experience all together. Actually we had veryy high hopes for leela , but we somehow realized leela was just more hiped rather than what it was. Firstly they gave us a room just at the entrance, too much out of the property. Somehow we got that changed.

The room was realyy good infact super awsm and also provided a baby crib which was nyc.
The view from our room was a lotus pond ie the lagoon The negative part was the over grown plant and bushes we could c across from our window and also the exterior walls of the other rooms in bad condition . Basically it gave a feel of and old infrastructure. We have booked Conservatory Premier room. And we could see snake hiding behind overgrown plants near our room in passage area. Atleast they should make this area near Premier rooms clean as most of families with babies are in these rooms.
Moreover there was not enough Light in passage . We were in room 501. So please atleast increase number of lights so that Guests dnt have to put their camera light on.

Next was an awfull dinner buffet on first day and we had super high expectations for the leela’s food. We are vegetarians so we thought might be non vegetarian food would be ok. But Infact another family from delhi was complaining to the chef about the food nxt to our table. And they were having non vegetarian as well.
Then the manager Nilesh took special care and made it quite better nxt day. The chefs Sathish and Sunder gave personal attention. The breakfast buffet was really nice for all three days but dinner was just getting better.
Strangely even the icecream at dinner was soo disappointing and same for all 3 nights. Imagine a pineapple strawberry plain chocolate like flavors at THE LEELA.

They kept the indian breads in a dish what we do not see at the marriages even these days.

Also we never found even for once the staff very smiling and welcoming. Except few of them. Like Shyam at Bell desk always smile and helpful. Restaurant manager Nilesh is really good guy and always on his toes and puts lot of efforts. Duty manager Indira was not so polite.
I am not sure if I shd mention this . We came to The leela after staying in Grand hyatt, Goa. Guys their hospitality was 10/10. Might be few think that m comparing Apple with oranges.

Another strange thing was toooo less of toiletries in the washroom. No dental kit no comb no sewing kit no beach bag. I mean these thing are quite obvious in even 4 star properties. They said we need to call and ask the housekeeping for such things. Otherwise Housekeeping team was really good.

The best part was the walk around the property, the pool , its golf course , breakfast buffet and flawless beach.

Dnt know what shd I say about their Corporate reservations where group of people just create nuinsance as they are not with their families. Literally elite stuff is not there. Luckily these reservations were on our last day. Peace and Privacy one cannot expect when you have multiple corporate reservations.

I have stayed in Leela , bangalore and delhi hotels several times but believe me we all were surpried to have average experience.

BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!
The only thing wrong with the Leela was that we had to leave. The crew was lovely and warm, the food was perfect, the facilities were excellent. So recommend!!!
The pool was nice and enjoyable and the pool bar happy hour was the best. I mostly recommend the coconut water with Malibu Rum....;)
At night time there’s not much to do but walk along the resort. But it’s for the best, cause early morning meditation/ yoga/ pilates lessons worth getting up early to!!!

We stayed at Leela on 28 sept 2018. We stayed in a Lagoon terrace. We are extremely pleased with the hospitality you have provided.Anjali at Front desk went extra miles to take care of our needs, even when she realize, we are here to celebrate 50th Bday, she send a surprise gift with cake n Champagne.
Mr Arko at the indian restaurant, his attention to the details is highly appreciated.
The pool is highly maintained.Direct access on beach is icing on cake.
Food we enjoyed was exceptional.
Overall it proved to be great decision for us by choosing Leela for our short break for a special Bday. We would love to visit again !

Stayed at Leela for 1 week, in the lagoon suite, and it was simplyamazing. The location of the hotel is best in Goa, if you are looking to relax and enjoy family time in the wilderness of nature and luxury. The rooms are beautiful and services are impeccable.
A special thanks to the head Chef, who gave special attention to the food for my 1.5 year old kid with respect to the taste, quality and timing. Made our life much easier.
Looking forward to another holiday soon at Leela Goa.
