This is my 3rd stay here at the hotel, yes its an all inclusive 3* but for the price is excellent value for money, I have stayed here 3 times over the past 10 years (worked here as a rep as well). the hotel is pleasant, food good but deserts can be very repetitive. Views and rooms good, they are currently going through a refurb of rooms in the closed season and should be completed for 2014, but couldn't fault the rooms cleanness and it ticked all the boxes basic but comfortable. Lifts are a pain especially if you have a stroller as guests would travel 2 floors rather than walk so waiting times for lifts were a tad long. Same old problem of sunbeds being reserved but the the funny thing is the club and hotel doesn't have a single German guest 85% british, observed them waiting by the pool entrance at the hotel to grab a sunbed and friends of ours who stayed in the club observed them getting up at 4.30am to move sunbeds and umbrellors and then not use them until well after midday as they need a lie in from getting up so early. Beach Pleasant but sunbeds are expensive take a lilo and towel and use then instead. Entertainment great for kids, adult entertainment is what you make of it go to enjoy yourself and u will, if you like your quiet sit in the corner and play dominoes or whist stay in the bar upstairs in the hotel that way u cant be offended, Reps urrmmm No comment they reminded me of a chocolate teapot i'll let you read more into that. Kids reps ok limited places as both club and hotel were full so some disappointed kids and parents missing out on the clubs, Buy the san miguel cups for added value of less trips to the bar and remember its an all inclusive so they dont have an revenue income like other hotels and will look at making money where they can. its a resort where you feel safe the kids can meet and make new friends and you can relax. its a small resort couple of supermarkets, a fish restaurant which is well known and recommended and an entertaining Irish bar if you want to stay up all night. views are great sunsets are fantastic and its miles away from the hussle and bussle of the night mare that is San An, trips out visit ibiza town at night see the parades and the markets in the square, great for shopping with the designer shops and stroll past and see how the other half live on the yachts parked in the harbour. go with an open mind and enjoy..

Room Tip: Ask for the TV card 10 euro deposit not just for the remote but the card as well and heh presto BBC and ITV to keep the wife and kids happy

we went to the beach club on 9th sept.for a weeks break .It does need a bit updating but was very clean all around. The food was very good not loads to choose from but always something nice to eat,the sweets were great too.we also went to the other hotels they were nice to have a drink on the balcony over looking the bay.You could eat all day if you wished to. there was cornettos from the bar and popcorn, which is nice, they dont have to provide things like that. The only thing we noticed was a lot of young children but it is a family hotel. All in all it was a nice holiday ignore the negative reviews if you want 5 star pay the extra money and go elsewear. You have to pay for sunbeds on the beach but its very nice and peacefull.if you want somr quite time.

Room Tip: go to the san miguel not the beach club its nicer

Had a great holiday here. I have read negative reviews and I just dont understand their problems. Having said that someone actual wrote that he understood people would have had to save up all their benefits for this holiday, how cheeky and what a snob. It is a great family resort with plenty going on. I stayed in Beach Club but spent time in the hotel too. I found the staff great, always helpful and the animation team (Zorro, Robby, Shannon, Eva, Emma and suzanne were a credit to the place) were outstanding, keeping all ages entertained from 11am-11pm. We had a go at archery, volleyball, boules, water polo. I think if your attitude stinks then your not going to get the best service out of anyone.

Our room was spacious, clean and everything worked as it should. Room service was spot on, whenever the notice was placed on the room the maids had always been by the time we went back to the room. If you do have any problems and you speak to the reception they sort it out as quickly as possible for you.

Food was good, always a good variety, something for everyones tastes. The beach was great, right on our doorstep, we made use of the free kayaks and had no complaints. Local shops were adaquate but being all-inclusive we had no real need to use them and when Im on my hols I dont want to spend it shopping anyway. We did go to Caseys the irish bar a number of evenings for a late drink and always found the staff and clientele pleasant.

The swap box was a great idea, people left things if they were going home or were no longer needed and we did the same. We picked up magazines, inflatables and flip flops and when we went we passed on lilos and inflatables to people just arriving. A good use of sun oil and lotions that are left over.

I wouldnt hesitate recommended this resort to fun loving families who are up for a laugh and want to spend there holiday in a safe, happy, environment.

I work hard all year round and only take one holiday a year but would not hesitate in returning there and yes I have tried the 4* resorts but they werent half as much fun - all that glitters isnt gold

Room Tip: ask for a balcony one facing the pool
