Booked through Thomson - very unlikely to use again.
Very few flight options available at time of booking and ended up on red-eye flight with plane full of 'young'uns' necking bottles of straight spirits. Flight crew did their best, but struggled - culminated in pilot jamming on brakes whilst taxiing to catch out those ignoring repeated requests to sit down. If I was 18, it would have been great fun - but with a young family the flight was less than ideal.

Had also booked a private transfer (given we were arriving at 3.00am) - which was there on time, clean and efficient. Had been told that the price (£70?) was a good deal - we later used a taxi with the equivalent trip running to only £40. That said, was worth it to be able to go straight to the hotel.

The hotel itself was..... OK. Fairly basic hotel that is starting to feel a little tired. Not sure what we were expecting, but having been to Luabay in Tenerife earlier in the year (also through Thomson) and been really impressed, I have to admit we were disappointed. The staff on the whole were good, but had to deal with a small number of guests who proved to be obnoxious and rude. Not sure what time you have to get up to claim a space by the pool, but can say that I was up at 6.45am one morning and they were gone by then. As a result we spent alot of time at the beach (very close) or getting around the island in a hire car, which was great - North-East corner of the island in particular is fantastic.

Unfortunately it got to the point that we had had enough. We had already planned to spend a second week with friends, so left two days early. Staff showed genuine concern and offered to do what they could, but we had got to the point that we had had enough.

For the return trip home my family was travelling without me. Given the trip that we had out to Ibiza, my wife wasn't prepared to travel on the 3.00am flight we had been booked on. We were unable to get a refund or transfer on the flights booked as we had already travelled on part of the itinerary (as it was explained to me), so we forfeited those flights and spent a further £300 to put my family on the Thomas Cook flight that left at 10.30am.

All in all - pretty disappointed. Ibiza is fantastic, but if we were to return, it would be done very differently.

Room Tip: I think all the rooms face onto the pool area - but you may be better off going to one of the other...

A fantastic, relaxing holiday. Hotel was cleaned daily and the staff were friendly and helpfull. Especially attentive were the restaurant manager and wait staff. Food excellent. Lovely quiet location. Trips out via local bus service was straight forward and very cheap.
All in all a great holiday and will be returning next year.

Room Tip: First or second floor is better.

We got back from our first holiday to ibiza. Have already booked to go back next year. The beach club is wonderful. Entertainment was great I have never laughed so much. Zorro is so funny. When we arrived a had a cheese and meat platter ready for us.
The staff are friendly. The place is exceptionally clean and rooms cleaned everyday.
There isn't much around and about but the beach is a minute away. Ibiza town around 40mins on the bus. It is a lovely place and when you pay all inclusive you don't intend to leave the hotel that often.
I would recommend this place for families. The children's entertainment is amazing too. The Thomson reps so helpful and kind.

If you want a relaxing family holiday go here. Bars shut at 11pm and shops shut at 9pm but that also means no noise until early hours. We had a lovely time in this peaceful little port. Not much to do but beach right on doorstep with free canoes to use and you can pay to go on glass bottom boat. No cash points in Port or Doctor there is a Medical centre but if Doctor needed which it was by us as our daughter had a ear infection it cost us 190 euro to call Doctor plus prescription and taxi to get to nearest pharmacy. Food nice in restaurant but much better in the Hotel just give reception 24hr notice and you can use Hotel with lots more choice. Also Chinese in hotel is gorgeous. Entertainment is excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. Our Thomson rep was also really good.

Room Tip: Ask for room overlooking pool and sea. We had ground floor room and were right by pool, restaurant a...

We absolutely loved it! This was our first girls holiday, me age 14, mum and my friend age 13 and her mum.Without brothers and farthers. Its great for all people, even though its a small quiet place we never got bored. The entertainment was great, suitable for all ages, day and night. The food was very good at the beach resort but we also tried the san miguel hotel. Overall we thought the beach resort was much better than the hotel even though there was a bit more selection. They had a Chinese at the hotel which you had to book one day before if you wanted to go in, same for the main restaurant. The Chinese was really nice. The bar service was very good and the snack cart was brill, a wide range of food to get. The area is lovely close to other hotels and shops also a few restaurants if wanted a change. The beach was very nice, with peddle boats and canoes also banana boats if you wanted to go on them. The rooms were clean and extra comfy bed.. memory foam!! Everyone was friendly and we met quite allot of people. Really enjoyed, definitely going back:))

Room Tip: we stayed in 307 top floor with view of the tennis courts was quiet at night, just was a struggle li...

We arrived very early Sunday morning and was checked in and given room 107, in our room we were greeted with a meat and cheese platter with water. This was a fantastic thought and we really appreciated it. The next morning we had the reps meeting. We brought the plastic cups for 2€ which they suggested which really helped making less trips to the bar. We ate breakfast in the club restaurant every morning lots of choice cereals, pastries and cooked breakfast. The only down side they need more toasters. Lunch times we either ate in the restaurant or at the western saloon which was great for a quick lunch. In the evening we enjoying eating in the hotel restaurant (which you have to book at reception) the variety was brilliant , different dishes each night we had a Mexican, carvery , Spanish and seafood nights whilst we were there each all fantastic. Lots of puddings with fresh fruit too. My husband is a very fussy eater and he never went hungry. Drinks and bar service was good too we never waited to long for a drink night or day. The entertainment was the best I've seen during the day activities for all ages volley ball, darts and quizzes ect. The evening was for kids first then zorro and his team presented the evening show. Very funny well worth watching!!! The area is lovely so close to the beach. A few shops too. Take some bread to feed the fish in the sea it's a brilliant experience .

We have just got back from a 1 week stay. The room was very clean and spacious it was located to the back of the hotel away from the swimming pools which made it a lot quieter. Food was okay but not great, drink selection was good but the cocktails were not the best as they didn't use real fruit juice! There were a lot of children and families there which we didn't expect as booking out of school holiday time but there were quieter areas you could sit in for a bit of peace from the energetic entertainment. The staff were great we couldn't fault them and the location was stunning but very limited and a good 20-30mins travel to other amenities, bars or restaurants. Over all an okay holiday but feel as though Thomson should not have sold it to us as an ideal couples holiday ( as we have no children) it just didn't suit us at this time.
