“Amazing View”
Reviewed 15 September 2016 for a stay in July 2016

The view from this property is amazing and made the holiday for our group of 8. The bay at the bottom of the view is well worth a visit, and we visited in the day and at sunset.
There were good facilities for the pool but watch out for the wind as you then find things down the side of the cliff !
The road up to the property has many large pot holes which you need to navigate in your hire car, as I would say a car is essential.
The roof could be an amazing space if the owner decides to utilize this space in some way.

So glad you enjoyed your stay. Plans are in process for the road to be improved - let's keep our fingers crossed. You're right - we could make more of the roof, however we highly recommend taking the sunlounger cushions up there at night time so that you can lie there and watch for shooting stars.

“Casa Ana's view is unforgettable!”
Reviewed 31 August 2016 for a stay in August 2016

Casa Ana was perfect for our family of 7 ranging from granny (87) to 3 teenagers plus girlfriend; enough space to be alone or together. The house is equipped for a comfortable stay with a well stocked kitchen and laundry; a music system for tunes. The pool area is fantastic with a lovely pine tree that provides shade and comfortable sunbeds for everyone. What makes this house heaven is the jaw dropping view. It is spectacular. The location is peaceful and quiet and you can come back from a day out and be in an oasis of calm. The bays below the house are incredible; the scenery is dramatic and you will see a side of Ibiza that is unforgettable. Annabel was more than helpful and gave us brilliant advice and info for a great week away. A memorable holiday and hope we visit again soon.

“The authentic Ibiza stay in stunning surroundings”
Reviewed 29 July 2016 for a stay in May 2016

We stayed in Casa Anna for 2 splendid weeks. It's our second time visiting Casa Anna. Casa Anna offers the authentic Ibiza experience. It is located in the best part of Ibiza and beautifully on the seaside towards the north/west offering a sunset second to none. It is easy to access grocery shops and beaches (Benirras being our favorite). The house is kept simple and unpretentious while offering all the facilities you need. Especially the pool is magnificent, a stunning overlook of the Mediterranean. The pool is surrounded by nice patios where you can take the perfect nap relaxing to the the wind in the pine trees. Value for money Casa Anna is best deal if you want to stay around San Miguel with a sea view. We hope to return to Casa Anna soon again.

“Beautiful spot and house, but no Ibiza atmosphere.”

The owner was very kind. The view is spectacular! The endless swimmingpool was great and the house was nice, but no (Ibiza) atmosphere. Interior and exterior of the house is very standard. Missed opportunity I think. When the owners want, they can create a lot of more atmosphere.

“Take me back”

8 of us had an amazing week at Casa Anna. It only takes half an hour to drive from the airport and or anywhere else on the island, but we did not even want to leave after relaxing by the pool and admiring the beautiful sunsets by the BBQ. Taxis are also easy enough to call. I could not recommend this villa in terms of vale for money enough. We'll be back.

“Even better than it looks in the pictures”
Reviewed 4 October 2013 for a stay in September 2013

We stayed here as a group of 7 adults and it was brilliant. It was even better than we could’ve hoped, some of the photos don’t actually do it justice, it is much more spacious than I expected. The bedrooms were all of a decent size and the 2 bathrooms were enough for the group. The open plan kitchen / dining / living area was great and very well equipped. The house itself felt much more like a family home than a holiday villa which was really nice as it was comfortable and relaxing. There were cupboards full of towels, blankets, cleaning stuff and everything you could possibly need including mosquito plugs (although we didn’t actually need them) and fans in all of the rooms. The only thing I would suggest taking is perhaps a multiple plug adaptor so you can plug your phone charger / stereo / fan in at the same time but it’s not essential as there are plenty of plug sockets.

The roof terrace was a great place to watch the stars at night but the real highlight was the terrace and pool area to the back of the villa. There are actually a further 3 terrace areas in addition to the roof top: 1 as you step immediately out of the patio doors which has a small seating area (with a small table) and is a nice shelter away from the heat, 1 as you go down the stairs and this is where the larger table, 6 chairs and barbecue can be found and a third at pool level which also has a further table and chairs set, sun loungers and 2 umbrella stands. There is a cupboard outside which contains lilos, snorkelling equipment and a bat and ball set amongst other things. The terrace / pool areas are the real highlight of this place - as the photos show the view is incredible and so relaxing; this is where we spent most of our time.

San Miguel itself is less than 10 minutes away by car (a car is a must if you stay here) and there are decent shops including a small supermarket just off the main road - turn left when you reach the bottom of the hill and it's about 50m on the left. If you drive a little further into San Miguel you turn a corner to the right and just as you start to go up a little hill there is another shop on the right hand side. This one is especially good for food as they have a very good, very cheap fresh meat counter. There is a bank as well as a few bars and a few restaurants in the town too but we didn’t actually eat in any of them as it was so nice around the pool at the villa and the local produce was so good. There is a shop slightly closer which is about half way down the hill up a small road on the right hand side. This one isn’t quite as well stocked as the others but is still ok. There is a small café / bar area here too.

Although Casa Anna is a little far away from the busy tourist areas of Ibiza this is not a problem if you have a car, you can reach anywhere you need to be within 25-30 minutes and on occasion when we did go out at night the most expensive taxi was €35. The location is actually very good for access to either side of the island. I would definitely recommend Casa Anna to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay where you can have your own private pool and be within easy distance of decent shops and the main areas of the island, you definitely need a car though. The owner was extremely helpful from the moment we booked and provided us with plenty of information about the local area so your stay here is made very easy. Casa Anna is excellent value for money and we are already talking about returning having only just left last week!
