“Loved this place!”
Reviewed 7 November 2012

One of the best meals we had in Italy, and that's saying a lot. Excellent food, lovingly prepared, and the chef came out afterwards to talk to us. If you're anywhere near this place, don't miss it.

“A little gem of a reataurant near Courmayeur”
Reviewed 29 October 2012

The food was excellent as it combined traditional fresh ingredients from the Vallee d'Aoste (which is the French speaking part of the Northern Italian Alps) with a well inspired interpretation by a young Chef who apparently has worked in some of the best restaurants of Austrlia, the Middle East and France before returning to his native valley.
I thought the "Fiori de zucchina" filled with brandade de morue (a kind of creamy cod puree) and fried were out of this world.
The menu also offers such unusual delights as wild boar, venaison and local cold cuts which are know throughout Italy.
