The view from the restaurant terrace is to die for, looking down out over the olive groves of the Subbetica which spread out all round Priego, and the food is lovely. We had fresh salmorejo, good fresh bread, a delicious goats cheese and mango salad (for the vegetarian of the pair) and a really tasty solomillo (for the omnivore of the party), then figs in brandy to follow. All accompanied by tinto verano, which was perfect on a hot evening. The food's reasonably priced and beautifully presented, the staff are helpful and friendly, and the restaurant's popular without being crowded. Definitely one of our favourites in Andalucia - we'll go back....!
