I was most impressed, a great place to get away for a nice weekend, near Treviso,a lovely city to visit. Good food and friendly staff. We had a special package, tickets to an exhibition, free use of their spa and a bottle of excellent Prosecco, compliments of the management. We had a suite so it was perfect for a romantic weekend.

It fantastic place to stay for our trip. We didn't want to stay in Venice as the hotels seem to be overpriced so we decided to stay here. It was a train trip away from Venice so it was fantastic. The hotel was peaceful and quiet. First impressions we were already blown away. The green lawn the entrance was also grand looking with the glass corridor to the lobby. The hotel is beautiful. Room was spacious and the bathroom was fantastic. Well equipped. Great wifi connection. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Fantastic breakfast spread and the staff at the breakfast was extremely nice. We love the breakfast - fantastic food and fresh juice.

The only downside was the pool. We had to get a key from the front desk and it required a deposit, but the lock was broken anyway, didn't even needed the key. There were no staff and we had to use our own towels from the room.

I don't have many complaints about this place. It's easy enough to get to the train station from this hotel and the place is pretty clean. It would be nice to have better wifi in the rooms though. Overall is was a good stay.

First of all i want to say, reading the previous comments, that, of course the hotel is not brand new and also there is the main part ( the old villa ) and there is the new building beside.
The hotel is clearly visible along the main road ( we arrived in the late evening, dark view, but we've found the entrance easily; the entrance has a long corridor that is quite cold ( it's all windows corridor ) but you just need to keep the coat while you're going inside!
The hall is simple but nice and the staff that welcomed us was really pleasant and polite!
Our room was in the new building, very large, perfectly clean and with some extra products for our small kid...brand new soap and shampoo for kids!!
The restaurant, yes it's true that is a bit pricey, but the quality of the food we had was really high; service was a bit old style but food was good and really big portions so at the end everything was in the right proportion!
Last mention to the reception: the guy that was on duty when we were there was amazing! He was friendly, polite and create the good atmosphere and we really felt like at home.
We'll be back!
PS: Treviso airport is 8 minute far by car..that's a good advantage!

After a lovely cruise around the eastern med we arrived at Marco Polo airport for the flight home only to find out our flight had been cancelled due to an air traffic control strike. Information at the airport was minimal but we were told to speak with easyjet customer services desk to be checked into a hotel '2 minutes away' like the Marriott. As we approached the desk we were informed we had to stay at Best Western a short drive away. This 'short drive' took half an hour and was so far from central venice that it was impossible to return due to the extra costs we had already incurred through easyjet. We arrived at the hotel and after check in was greeted with ham and cheese rolls and a bottle of water. Dinner was served at 7pm and all us easyjet passengers were herded to a table to await our dinner, which consisted of a bottle of water, tomato sauce based pasta and 2 thin slices of pork and cabbage. No dessert and no coffee etc. Breakfast was a huge buffet and was lovely, afterwards we took a bus to Treviso, so ate lunch in the town. For dinner that night we had a bottle of water, soup and chicken and chips. The chicken was literally swimming in grease which i soaked up with 2 napkins! It was terrible, food you would not feed to your pet. Again no dessert or coffee. The next day after breakfast we had to check out at 10am and shuttle bus pick up was at 2pm. We were totally ignored as we sat in the lobby, no complimentary coffee (as was advertised), no one to serve us a drink from the bar (guess they didnt like to work too hard on a sunday) and no lunch. We were very hungry as we finally arrived at the airport so had to eat after checking in. What a fiasco...it totally ruined our holiday. I have stayed in Best Westerns in USA and Canada and have never been treated like this. I would certainly not choose to stay in one again, although the room was ok...

Room Tip: Do not book into this hotel...

As others have said, this hotel is ok. The room was clean, if a little small. But the bathroom was quite large, with a tiny shower. And the shower had an extremely slippery floor--in the U.S. this would be a lawsuit. The continental breakfast is sufficient. The staff is generally helpful, but the girls at the desk were snots. At the end of our stay, the one clerk asked for city room tax and refused to charge it to VISA (all our other hotels had used VISA to secure the room fees and taxes). Only the night before, I'd asked for Euros change, and the same clerk had said they didn't have change. But in order for me to pay the tax, she had to make change anyway. All this could have been avoided by taking VISA. The location is very good, only 10 minutes from the train to Venice.
