The family Moser and staff were so welcoming and friendly, you felt you had known them all for a long time. The hotel was clean, the food was super with plenty of choices. The pool area and gardens were peaceful and there was so much to do in the surrounding area it was a wonderful base.

Room Tip: Some of the front bedrooms, were noisy with traffic, but the 3rd floor back rooms had lake views.

We booked superior room and the size of the room was right. The bathroom was tired but functioning perfectly. We knew that the pool is really small and that is why we were not disappointed. The hotel is on the main road but our room was facing the other side so we did not have any noise problems. The breakfast and dinner were ok. I must add that for the breakfast fresh orange and carrot juice is included and is not limited on quantity. I did not like that there was a smell of food all over the hotel. For the price paid the hotel and service were fair.

Room nothing like shown on their web site. Dirty stained furniture and very noisy as busy main road 5 metres outside. We stayed on a coach party it was that obvious! Srtrict portion control and coffee is chargeable extra. Even charged 6 euros at bar for coffee. No entertainment in evenings, TV in room on BBC world news! Towels appeared not to be changed during 6 day stay had to hang over balcony at a risk of being stung from nearby wasp nest so you could not even sit out. Village is depressing other hotels boarded up. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Try next village.

This hotel was rated as four star, more like a three star.
If this hotel only provided bed and breakfast then it would be a good hotel.
However its attempts on serving a varied and tasty evening dinners fell very short of The 4 star rating.
During our stay the hotel served Pork 5 nights out of the seven when we were there and on one night even excelled itself by putting pork on the menu twice. One dish was Pork rolled in Bacon and the other Fried Pork,I chose the former only to find when I cut into the meat that it was not fully cooked.
The only plus I can give this hotel is that the bedrooms were very well cleaned.
