So warm and welcoming restaurant in center run by a couple Lutry "péruvo-Helvetic", giving an eclectic menu (salads, fondues, including the famous Bacchus fondue, meat on slates, perch fillets, and Peruvian specialties).

That day, not eating the excellent fondue bacchus, but want to taste the Peruvian map, and therefore act focused on choice "Aji de gallina" (shredded chicken breast in a sauce of yellow pepper) and my guest, "Nets Fried perch ". Really excellent meat was tender and creamy sauce. Perch fillets to taste as my guest, along with a tartare sauce and home fries served separately for both. This time real fries, yum.
For dessert, iced Grand Marnier and Crème brûlée with orange and honey. The Orange and honey was indeed present in this dessert, excellent.
Service, beautiful food presentation, fast and warm welcome make this restaurant a pleasant one.
