“A taster at Llanelly House”
Reviewed 5 June 2014

Just popped in for lunch with my partner, Roy and enjoyed a tasty lunch with a cheeky Sauvignon Blanc. Served by friendly Anna - personal sauce & butter dishes were nice touches....food very tasty and generous. We wandered into the Shop and Gallery- lots to see with good quality items for sale. Very amazed with the amount of renovation carried out- congratulations/llongyfarchiadau on the result. We didn't have time to catch a tour today...we will return. The place was buzzing...great to see.

“Great day out”
Reviewed 3 June 2014 via mobile

Me and my mate went here to try out their cafe and have a nose around the place and found it very nice. Coffee and cake was beautiful and the staff very helpful. Found the gift shop full of different and bespoke pieces. The tour was very informative and I will definitely be going back when the new technology is in.

Food is amazing they have a nice selection of dishes and there is always something special on the board to try. Anna is a brilliant chef I have tried many of her dishes and always been delighted with the quality of the meal. Coffee is very nice there also. Definitely worth a visit.

“Super Visit”
Reviewed 10 May 2014

Watch the Restoration Programme-10? years ago-then the Laurence Llewellyn Bowen one last year-visited with Neath U3A group-at last! We were split into 2 for the conducted tour-which was informative-at times it felt as if we were at sea-the floor is cambered+ the windows/doors are wonky-results of former incarnations! The Stepney China is on display in the Great Hall-which I thought was small. It was built as a Manor House-opposite the church-now in the centre of Llanelli. Good café with pots of tea+ good Welsh Cakes .Did think the shop was expensive+ some of the party would have like post cards to send/remember the visit b y.An impressive Georgian House-loved the outside drain pipes+ the original front door.
