Lovely caravan and accommodated two adults and three kids (aged 9, 9, 11) fine. Wee swing (singular) park but kids seemed happy enough to play there for short time. Caravan had pretty much everything we needed - I hadn't realised that there wouldn't be towels so take some - we had our swimming towels with us so not a problem. Take a t-towel too, also loo rolls and washing up liquid. There is a shop on site where you can pick some up - and reasonably priced wine!
Boat of Garten has a couple of restaurants/pubs and is a stop for the Strathspey Steam train. Also near to Highland Wildlife Park, Landmark Adventure park and Aviemore and great walks. Rain prevented us from getting to Landmark, but not all bad, we have a reason to return!
Fantastic stay in this lovely, clean and well equipped chalet.
Very much enjoyed chilling out on the deck on a sunny evening.
We attended a wedding in the village and were pleased to discover we were within walking distance.
Hope to return!
Lovely caravan in a beautiful area of Scotland.Spotless and very well equiped. Would def come again. Wish we could have stayed a month. Cairngorm mountains Aviemore and many more places to visit.
this lovely caravan park is perfect for a nice relaxing break the park it perfect. cant wait to go back
We stayed in April and had an amazing break! The caravan has everything you could possibly need, it's modern and feels really homely. It is in a great location and makes lots of great day trips really accessible to see some Scottish beauty (we did the Cairngorms, Loch Ness and the Streathy steam train). Would thoroughly recommend this holiday home, you can tell the owners look after it!
It was close to the Landmark Park where the children wanted to visit.it was also great for going to the Cairngorms
When you go to Aviemore in January for your wife's 40th Birthday, with 3 kids, you want some accommodation which is warm and welcoming. This certainly delivered.
Clean, warm and roomy. We needed to use the pull down sofa for the middle child who reveled in the adventure.
Great site to access Aviemore and surrounding area. The local woodland walks were a particular highlight.
The on site shop was like a Tardis, and helped us out with essentials such as Bin Bags (25 lt) and a pencil sharpner (essential for colouring in books when there is no snow)
