I really dont understand why you lot moan about the place! Everyone who works there tries to keep it clean and tidy.. although all of you chuck your rubbish on the floor.. so it is all of you lot who cannot keep it tidy, the workers have to pick it all up after you, Also of course there are going to be long queues have you thought about the word summer?

Came with partner and two children aged 9. Park was clean and well organised. There's a great variety of exciting rides from babies-teens and adults alike. We loved Hero, Mumbo Jumbo, Navigator and Voodoo. Then there's the total contrast - the peace and tranquility of the zoo, and it's only a short walk away....or you can take the mini train. All the animals looked well cared for and the keeper talks were captivating. The children were not bored for a single second the entire day and loved the seal ion show (staff were very interactive and chatted with the children afterwards) and bird show. There's such a good mix of thrills and good old fashioned family fun and the staff in the main and friendly and helpful, particularly Kai who really interacted with us and entertained the kids with his great sense of humour and the guy on the horse racing who had the patience of a saint when it took ages for the children to choose their prize at the end of a very long day.

There were plenty of places to get food and refreshments, and thankfully not at rip-off prices-particularly liked The Coach House near a big adventure playground.

Hats off to Flamingoland, it's only an hour away for us but we felt transported to another world, tons of fun and excitement and interesting animals, having been coming for years and will consider to do so (with or without the kids!!).

I visited Flamingo Land during term time, so I was expecting fairly short queue times. Granted, it was still busy with school trips however the queue times for the bigger rides were ridiculous - so much so, after waiting for 2 hours for one ride, I gave up and visited the other attractions on offer (the zoo and the bird show- which were good, although not what I intended to do!)

The length waiting times for the rides were exacerbated by a range of factors- mainly having only having one carriage per ride and the "fast track" queue taking up every other circuit on the ride, rather than allowing a smaller number to filter through on each circuit.

Disappointed does not cover it - budget at best! The website certainly does the park justice!

Fantastic place for children aged between 4 to 13. Lots to do and probably need 2 days. Loads of play areas to wear the children out.
We were older so only did the big rides.
Animal area is great with walk thought areas for the Lemurs. And other animal areas.
Would recommend on a sunny day.
look out for the shows thought out the day.

We visited flamingo land on Easter Monday and the place was surprisingly quiet. We had a buy one get one free voucher which was handy - easily found if searching the internet.
Upon arrival we visited the toilets - not nice. Old, needed cleaning and in serious need of more cubicles! This didn't put us off though.
Quite a few big thrill rides however my favourite, Kumali, was closed due to technical faults. Bit disappointing but can't be helped I suppose.
Not overly impressed with the animals - the only ones which were out were the ostriches, and the peacocks which escaped their enclosure!
Food - we only had a hotdog so can't really comment however the places to eat look tired and shabby.
Overall we did have a good day but they need to improve their facilities eg toilets and maybe try have a fully operational theme park in relation to rides. Would go back though
