“Gentle Walk”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 July 2014

A gentle walk along a well cared for path which also had benches provided along it's length. The shrubs, wild garlic and sunshine made this a pleasant stroll.

“Worth the walk”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 June 2014

We parked at Bowlees visitors centre (which is a little gem in itself) and walked along the footpath to Low Force and then High Force. Breathtaking scenery and will be making another trip up to experience it when it's in flood!!

“seen better”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 25 June 2014

charged £2 to park , there are toilets thought, then £1.50 each to walk to waterfall. its not that impressive in my opinion, but you can go on a round trip which is nice going to the lower one in bowless, thats donation car park and free walk up to that waterfall which I think is more impressive, overall and great picnic area.

“Walk to High Force”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 24 June 2014

We were a party of 12. Half of the group walked the short well maintained path from the car park to High Force and back. The rest of the party then did a longer walk to the other side of High Force again on a well maintained path. Most of the walk is on the flat and is a pleasant way to spend a couple of hours to digest a good breakfast.

“Fascinating”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 June 2014

Well worth a trip to see this natural wonder. Very dramatic with breathtaking scenery around you.

Easy access path to the venue, which is mostly downhill, bit of an uphill trek back, but not too bad. Ten minutes each way.

Only downside - really terrible gift shop in the car park - it should be put out of it's misery
