Rod & Cath are very friendly & accommodating owners. Their rooms are very comfortable, clean & spacious. The breakfast's are delicious & I recommend the 'Eggs Benedict' from the specials board. We will definitely return & highly recommend this as your base when visiting East Devon or West Dorset.

We have stayed at Pebbles House previously and decided at short notice to see if we could visit again, we were lucky and managed to get a booking for the weekend, that is why I have chosen the above title for my review - Cath and Rod are such bubbly characters that the welcome makes you feel that the sun is shining, and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast delicious as always and the bed is so comfy, be visiting again soon.

Room Tip: If you have any walking difficulties eg stairs - Room 1 is most suitable and has a sea view.

So difficult to keep finding different ways of saying perfect! Nothing is too much trouble for Rod and Cath, and small personal touches remembered everytime you stay. It is like visiting old friends.Breakfast is cooked using local produce of a high standard with all the usual extras of cereal, toast and fruit. Beds very comfortable with plenty of space to store all your luggage. Ideal base for a night or a week. Excellent places to eat nearby and plenty of local attractions. Cant wait until our next visit ....

Tuesday & Steve Isle Of Wight.

Excellent B & B, We have stayed a couple of times and we would not go anywhere else, our host Cath and Rod, are the nicest friendliest people you could wish to meet. The rooms are spacious and very comfy, good showers, and delicious breakfasts. The B & B is well situated for a walk on the prom and all attractions in Seaton, It must be the best B & B in Devon, so please get booked in and meet our superb hosts.
Tuesday & Steve.

Room Tip: Rooms on the front have a nice view of the Prom and Sea

Wonderful rooms, delicious breakfast and perfect hosts. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in the area. We stayed in room 1 this time but have also stayed in room 3 - both rooms are warm, inviting, clean and comfortable. Parking is on the street but it isn't a through road and is generally quiet and not too difficult to get a space. The rooms have views of the sea and it is so peaceful at night you can hear the sea. I can't wait to come back for our third visit!
