I agree with most of fellow reviewers comments in terms of ease of access to National Park etc. Salsa apartment is large, good living space and good-sized bedrooms. The kitchen is not well kitted out. There are no mixing bowls, the bread knife was blunt, (I did ask if there was another ,sharper knife available but the answer was no) the toaster did not work well, there was no grill pan, no ice tray in fridge, the main bedroom bedding was tired, the pillows lumpy. The other bedroom covers were scratchy. Sometimes the towels were fine, others were more for exfoliation. Christa seemed more concerned with gathering our compost each day, and we experienced what others had in terms of immediate cash payment and also the absolute 10 a.m.check-out. Herman was very pleasant, but took away the handset which controlled sound for the DVDs. So we learned on departure.
Balcony is an asset with lovely views. Dead space in dining area could be used for a clothes horse. We spent 8 nights here and it served our purposes very well but the 2011 reviewer's comments have not been acted upon. Maybe 2013 will have some effect?
