Loved the stunning views, warm & friendly welcome from Trevor & Lynette who can't do enough for you & you feel like you've known them all your life. Enjoyed the cosy open fire in sitting room, cosy bedroom & delicious wholesome food. Thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the Endless pool which is so clean & refreshing & look forward to returning at some stage

Me and my mum have just come back from staying at the ard na ciuin guesthouse. We had such a lovely time and cant thank lynette and trev enough for their hospitality & delicious food. We thoroughly enjoyed the pizzas on thursday and are having withdrawal symptoms from the bubbling hot tub with stunning views.

I spent a week doing the residential swimming course here and cannot recommend this highly enough.
The location is stunning, the facilities excellent and the food divine....esp the freshly made muffins Lynette provides.
In terms of learning to swim, this is the perfect environment, the pool is incredible and Tracey is the most amazing instructor. There was plenty of opportunity to spend time practising and fantastic support from everyone....and I even amazed myself at the progress I made.
Trevor and Lynette could not have been more helpful in suggesting local sightseeing activities and the week flew by all too quickly.
If you are considering learning to swim or just want a relaxing holiday in a beautiful location....do it!

Ard Na Ciuin is more than a guesthouse, from the minute you arrive Lynette and Trevor are extremly friendly and welcome its def home from home! I enjoyed the hot tub over looking the view it is a great place to relax and unwind. Lynette cooked us a very tasty meal with the veg coming from her own garden it was fab and also a beautiful home made dessert to follow! The lounge with open fire is a lovely place to chill out after eating with a good selection of books and board games also! I really enjoyed the breakfast options as you get to choose what youd like eat and also taste Lynettes home made muffins which were so good! Its a great location for Cork, Waterford, Lismore ect.. Also Trevor is very helpful and has a lot of knowledge on local attractions and very happy to answer any questions about the surrounding areas.. Overall a very pleasant stay and I will def be back!

I went with 5 others just before Christmas for a two-hour hot tub party and had a fabulous time. The hosts, Trevor and Lynette, were incredibly nice and accommodating. The hot tub itself was fab – lots of room for the 6 of us – as was the complimentary fizz. Trevor and Lynette also did food and we had a delicious home-cooked two-course meal afterwards. All in all a fantastic night, and I’ll be spreading the word!

I booked the residential swimming course here after finding it on Google and cannot recommend Ard Na Ciuin more highly!
The property is in a beautiful setting, immaculately decorated and everything has been thought of in terms of comfort and care during your stay - the decor, the facilities, the furnishings, the food, the welcome and advice on local walks and attractions - Trevor and Lynette could not do enough.
To anyone thinking of taking the plunge on the swimming course, do it, do it, do it! The endless pool is a wonderful idea for the learner and Tracey is a brilliant instructor. Learning on a one-to-one basis, with lots of opportunity to put in practice in between lessons, really makes a difference. I arrived at Ard Na Ciuin unsure if I would ever swim, but swam on my second less and finished every single lesson amazed at the progress that it is possible to make in such a short time. And it was a short time, a week in this lovely location flew by all too quickly, I can't wait to go back again!

Nothing seemed too much trouble! We were met with a genuinely warm and friendly welcome from Trevor and sustenance of homemade bikkies and coffee. The breakfasts were delicious (fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals and cooked food to a high standard) and we also had a 2 course meal in the evening which included homegrown fresh veg which tasted really yummy. (You can also bring in your own wine which is a plus!) I slept like a log in a very comfortable bed with a great hot shower en suite. The interior is stylish and the ambiance warm and cosy. The hottub/spa shouldn't be missed if you want to enjoy peace and relaxation with beautiful views! We visited Lismore which is closeby and very pretty and the Folly nearby which has an interesting history. Lovely walks in the vicinity. This B&B is just the place to turn off after a tiring working week. Highly recommended!
