Spent a lovely week in the unspoilt west Waterford at the end of August and tried the summer house for coffee on one occasion and returned for lunch another day. Coffee was good with with some decent scones. The lunch was tasty and good value, although options were limited. The setting is spacious and there are some interesting paintings in a gallery at the back. This is a really good value option for anyone passing through the beautiful town of Lismore.
