Decent food, reasonably priced, but very loud when we were there because of a football game and rowdy crowd in the bar.

Right across the street from the Bay course at the Seaview Resort. Cold Beer, nice wait and bar staff. This is a burger joint - the specials were anything but special. If you stick with sandwiches and burgers you'll be okay.

This is a typical pub/bar with a small bar area and a small eating area off to the side. Even though the noise from the bar get loud and can't be avoided in the eating area, the food was very well prepared. We asked for some changes/additions to one of the salads ordered, and it was prepared exactly as requested and was very fresh and crispy. The other dinners were typical pub food but very good and reasonably prices.l

I have to agree with the last review that it's nothing special, but the food always seems to be pretty good here. We usually hit this place for lunch every once in a while and it's "on par" for the local places around here.

I took the opportunity to stop at Mc Gettigan's 19th Hole last weekend for a late supper. From an inauspicious entry way, to so-so food and service, this place screamed "average" all the way. Seating is "seat yourself", so we chose a small booth near the middle of the tavern. We were soon greeted, and drink orders taken. We looked over the menus. Ranging from typical appetizers, to sandwiches and burgers, to full meals. I ordered an egg sandwich with bacon and cheese, and the missus ordered a burger. As we waited for the food to be served, we commented to each other about how the decor needed to be refreshed. It's definitely dated and kind of campy (with Christmas lights hanging from the ceiling in late summer). My wife was wearing sandals, and she said that she felt something "scurry" across her foot. This was never verified, as we both looked and could see nothing down there, but it did plant the seed in our minds. We waited a L-O-N-G time for the food - at least 30 minutes... for what we ordered, it should not have taken more than 10-15 minutes. When the food did arrive, it was hot and tasty, but nothing outstanding. The prices are reasonable, but I think I’ll be going elsewhere the next time we head out for a late bite.
