This facility books far too many people for the amenities provided. I was in the room right next to the bathroom and there was a non-stop line from about 5:30 a.m. until the following 2:00 a.m.
The guests who stay here are mostly older people and families who are not used to staying in hostels. They are loud and rude, acting as they are the only ones staying in the whole building. There are no quiet hours posted and it doesn't appear that hostel etiquette is shared with the guests staying here. I have stayed in hostels around the world, even ones with bars on the premises and have never experienced this kind of behavior. I barely got any sleep and the worst part is that it was impossible to use the bathroom. There were only two toilets for the whole facility. It also appeared that they had people camping out back or coming from another building to use these bathrooms as people kept coming in from outside to use them as well. Each morning of my stay I had to wait a minimum of 5 minutes to use the bathroom and one morning it was literally 20 minutes! There was a family with three girls doing their hair while there was a line of 4 people waiting to use the restroom at 6:00 a.m.
In addition the bathrooms and showers were absolutely filthy when you did get to use them. Luckily I packed some sandals because I wore them in the shower, I was afraid to step on the floor. The cleaning ladies were trying their hardest to keep the place clean, but there were just too many people.
