Stayed midweek on a business/social trip was made to feel very welcome and superbly catered for, comfy room and lovely fresh clean bed and added rugs for comfort, very clean toilet and shower area with an added bonus of a sea view :) quiet location with no traffic noise, the hosts were so helpful and good people.

Perfect location to stroll the pebble beach all the way to Fort George whilst spotting Dolphins and Seals! , lovely restaurant opposite B&B for decent home cooked food, also a nice welcoming pub also on same street as restaurant and B&B, Bus routes connect easily to Inverness, Nairn and the Airport frequently. everything is all a stones throw away.

Jess serves a lovely home cooked hot generous breakfast with unlimited tea, coffee and juice....Totally fed.

Would return for business or as a family for a another visit to Scotland.

thank you Jess for a wonderful stay

Danny, Windsor, Berkshire

Room Tip: I stayed in room 2 which was perfect for 6ft me and my belongings, I had the bonus of a sea view but more importantly room was clean , bright, and spacious with a new en-suite with everything in room in full working order, jess's breakfast was just perfect and tasty for my walk back to Inverness airport :) Room 1 is perfect if you have a family.

excellent room , with the smallest ( but most cleverly designed en-suite) ever. freshly decorated warm and cozy. superb breakfast, and although they didnt do breakfast the hotel just across the road does the best brocolli soup ever!

i will be back , even although my company is quite happy for me to spend much more on a room. excellent value and friendly service.

I stayed 1 night as a stop gap between hotels and have to be honest I wish id stayed the entire week! As my 4 star hotel wasn't a scratch on this little hidden gem.

Breakfast great, Service Excellent even though I'd messed up my booking the owner was so helpful and accommodating and rearranged it for me.

Room lovely and cosy wifi Great connection which is a biggy for me as all my work is online.

Had a twin ensuite room lovely homely decor nice bathroom and in general nice place I will be back soon.

Great Value for money and you can't buy customer service like I received there .

Spent one night at this B&B in a very small village of Ardersier. It has 6 guest rooms. Room was large with en-suite. Very clean. Had a wonderful supper at the Gun Lock Hotel up the street. The Proprietors, Dougy and Jess Smith were very nice and full of local knowledge. Had a wonderful breakfast of eggs, bacon, potato scones and toast. Would definety stay here again and would recommend this to everyone.

Room Tip: We shared a twin room which was very spacious and had an en-suite. It was very quiet even though it was facing the street
