Checkin - great, courteous staff helped with the purchase of Disneyland tix. Grounds - clean lobby, no pool, restaurant was closed for the month. Room - we got the executive suite which had extra floor space which was much appreciated and a pullout sofa for our daughter. Having a refrigerator would have been helpful and the WiFi was exceptionally slow. Along with that, the A/C was quite weak and chattered and whined all night. Speaking of night, the lights in the room were all about 20watts and there were only three sconces in the room which made for an extra dim night. Couple that with the bathroom light, which is on a motion-sensor, and you find yourself in the dark for a shower or any "sit down visits" longer than 5 minutes. On the upside, the room was very clean and conveniently located across the street from a free Disney shuttle stop. Although the town where the hotel is located is a little remote, there is tons of shopping at a gigantic mall across the street as well as the train station. Would we come back, yes, but we'd bring some 60 watt bulbs : ).
