There is nothing great about this place. The room is very basic with no in room facilities like a kettle or fridge. Very irritatingly the lights in the bathroom have motion sensors which are hard to trigger and go off if you don't move which left my daughter terrified in the dark. Location is nowhere handy to Disneyland and buses do not run regularly during the middle of the day if you want to go back for a rest. You will need to be a slave to the bus timetable so as not to be left waiting. Location is handy to supermarket but outlet shops are right at the back of the shopping centre. Easy walk from Val d Europe train station. Probably wouldn't stay again.

Stayed 2 nights after driving from the UK.

Excellent location away from the usual Disney hustle and bustle but in a fairly busy area surrounded by restaurants, cafes on the street. Directly opposite huge shopping centre which has everything you can think of. It also contained a Sea life centre which was a good thing to do with our 2 year old on the day we didn't visit Disney. We ate at a restaurant there too.

Hotel itself was fine. Friendly staff. Paid under 100 euro for a quadruple room (two double beds) and there was also room to put up a travel cot. Rooms clean and purposeful. Could have done with tea/coffee making facilities.

Breakfast was wide ranging (limited cooked/hot options though).

Secure underground car park. Very close to the train station, although we didn't use this. Took the free shuttle 5 mins to the Disney park.

Would definitively return to this hotel / area.

Booked 3 nights stay at the hotel at eleventh hour through Expedia as there was a last minute change of plan in our trip, based on the reviews on its location.
The location of the hotel is simply excellent. Across the road is the Val d'Europe shopping mall which is linked to La Valle Factory out. The shopping mall is huge and has fashion, food and Auchan supermarket. We spent a day walking around there as it was raining and we could not go to Disneyland Park during the second last day there.
The train station is 20m walk away from hotel, too. Easy access to Paris for a day trip.
My husband was impressed by the no. of electrical outlets in the room. The size of the room was comfortable for the family of three. Our only wish was for bottles of mineral water to be provided in the room.

I visited this hotel for 3 nights this month with my husband and my 10 month old baby while visiting Disney. If you are not choosing to go to a Disney hotel this is a perfect option. It is handy being next to the train station, don't worry we couldn't hear here them at night.

Also, it was close to the shopping centre and outlet village. After spending a small fortune on lunch in Disney on the first day we went to the supermarket Auchen in the shopping centre and got lovely sandwiches, fruit and water at a quarter of the price the next day.

There is a free shuttle bus which runs frequently in the mornings and evenings and once per hour throughout the day. On our first day once we had checked in and got organised we had just missed a bus so we got the train one stop to Disney. It was only €1.80 each, free for my 10 month old. After the Dreams show we couldn't get on the shuttle bus because it was so full but we just waited on the next bus as it was only 30 mins later. If there was a large group of you going it would probably be better to get the train as it would be unlikely that you would all get on the same bus.

We had saw a few complaints on tripadvisor about the breakfast at this hotel being limited but we certainly did not find this. There was bread, pastries, cereals, fruit, yogurt, beef link sausages, scrambled egg, cheese and cold meats. My son loved the croissants, yogurts and fruit purees. Each morning we left the hotel full.

We had an issue with the window not closing properly but that was fixed promptly.

A really good hotel, I would definitely return.

We had first booked the dreamland castle hotel at Disney for our 1st trip to Paris, but had cancelled due to the reviews on TripAdvisor, and we were really glad we did.

We arrived after our flight was delayed buy nearly 2 hours (11.30 French time) and we were checked in and in our room within about 10 minutes max. The receptionist was friendly enough and gave us clear instructions where to find our room. Our room was spacious ( glad it was as we had our daughter with us who didn't travel light ) and had enough room for a pram and all of our luggage. Our travel cot was there as requested with clean sheet and a pillow. There was also a good size double bed with an additional single bed in the room as well. The room itself was cleaned every day and we were supplied with clean towels as well.

Breakfast was included in the price and offered a range of cereals, pastries, breads, as well hot and cold drinks. This was great for our young daughter in the morning times as she got a good breakfast to start the day.
Location was perfect for those going to Disneyland. we had the bus stop outside the hotel ( the hotel provided a free bus pass at the time of checking in) and the train station is across the road (1 stop away - we got the train and it was approx 3-4 euro and less crowded than the bus)
The area the hotel was in had a great shopping mall/ outlet store, a few bars and cafes. The shopping mall was great as it provided us with a massive supermarket (great for juice and supplies before going to Disney) and my wife enjoyed the outlet as it had everything from shoes, handbags and designer cloths.
Bars and restaurants gave us some good options for food at night. We enjoyed the pizzeria and the grill beside it. Prices were not to bad either with good service, made for enjoyable dinning. My wife and I, both agreed we would happily eat there again. Staff were very nice and accommodated our daughter. It was early Oct and still was able to sit outside and enjoy our food.
After that we usually went back to the hotel bar for a glass of beer before heading to bed for the night.
Rooms were nice and warm, and no noise as well. From our window we could see the Disney Park, so if you are leaving before the fireworks you could always catch them from your bedroom window.
Decor of the rooms are simple, and if i was being REALLY fussy, they could do with being decorated. There was a television with only French channels, but we were so busy this wasn't an issue.
Checking out was painless as well. The Hotel looked after our luggage for us until we were due to be collected.
Overall I would visit this hotel again. It provided a great location for Disney, and also Paris itself was approx 25 minutes away on the train. We had a safe comfortable trip and enjoyed this so much were were looking at going back to Paris as soon as we got home from the airport.

Room Tip: If you have a pram, request the XL family room to give you more space. Plus a room looking over towa...

This Hotel has seen better days, rooms need renovating but it is still ok to stay to be close to Disneyland. This is better that paying expensive prices at Disneyland hotels. The hotel also provides a complimentary bus to Disneyland and is across the road from a large shopping centre
Breakfast provided at the hotel was very ordinary and I would suggest you have breakfast elsewhere.

Room Tip: Choose a room away from the street

Now let's be honest here.
Despite the attractive facade this is a very average hotel but represents very good value for money and is far better than paying the exorbitant prices levied by the Disneyland hotels. The hotel is adjacent to a very large shopping centre.
The hotel provides complimentary bus transportation from Serris to Disneyland and this takes about 12 minutes.
The rooms are worn, the beds are worn, the air conditioner does not work and the breakfast is very ordinary.
But what do you expect for just over €100 a night.
You get what you pay for.
