Following a holiday in Wales in April, my husband and I decided to break our journey enroute home and stayed at Lime Trees Farm for one night. The welcome we received from Keith and Caroline was very warm and genuine; our accommodation was spacious, exceedingly comfortable
and Caroline's cakes and full English breakfast was delicious.. We shall certainly be visiting Lime Trees Farm again and will have no hesitation in recommending it to family and friends alike.

As visitors from Oz we had expected spartan accommodation in an English country B&B, but we found a WOW room, so comfortable, spacious and quiet, good breakfasts, and great company in Caroline and Keith - our hosts, who made us very welcome. We really enjoyed our stay, and would unhesitatingly recommend it, specially for couples. Caroline's recommended nearby restaurants were very good.

Lime trees farm is a great b&b went there with husband to visit classic car show nearby, very relaxed very comfortable huge beds and great breakfast , being an animal lover the dogs and cats were a joy to see but they were not around all the time , will definitley stay there again, nearest resturant was about a 5/10 min drive but was worth while ,we went to the pub with the thia resturant which was very nice food.
We went to Oxford town during the day for shopping and attractions ~ use the park and ride it works out much cheeper the parking is sparce and expensive, take a trip punting down the river .

We stayed at this Bed and Breakfast for two nights in November. The room was very nicely appointed with tea making equipment and toiletries. The B&B is an old farmhouse with stables. Our room was in the roof, large with a large bathroom, however it was very cold when we arrived at 4.30pm and we had to ask the owner to put the heating on, even though she know we were arriving. We had to get into bed to keep warm as the heating was not adequate for the large room, and needed to be kept on for longer. The second day we had to ask for the heating to be put on again when we came back at 4pm. The breakfast was very good, freshly cooked with good quality ingredients.
Overall a very nice place, but much too chilly in November.....would be better in the summer. Last thing..the gate would have been better lit up, as we had trouble in the dark finding the place, and the gate was always shut even when the owner knew we were arriving..not very welcoming.

Caroline and Keith run an immaculate B&B near Bicester (a short drive from Oxford, Blenheim Palace, Silverstone and the Cotswolds). The 18th century 'farm' is not really a working farm, but has a few horses and some friendly household pets. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well provided with cable TV, coffee/tea facilities. What sets them apart are the breakfasts. Not only is Caroline an excellent cook, but she is amazingly flexible and will try to make you exactly what you want from a full English breakfast to porridge/oatmeal. Keith is the other key ingredient to the breakfast as he is very willing to engage in lively conversation on a variety of topics, or he'll leave you alone if you so choose. We thoroughly enjoyed both the food and the entertaining discussion.

I would highly recommend Lime Trees Farm and would definitely stay with them again if in the area.
