I stayed here as a group of 5 and I speak for all of us when I say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The boys in our group were all competing in the cycling challenge, John O'Groats to Lands. The hotel were fully set up for them and had a locked shed where they could keep all of their bikes safely overnight and also the towel rails in the bathroom could be turned on high so the boys could dry their clothes ready for the next day. All the staff were extremely friendly and even supported our charity.

The rooms were beautifully cleaned and the beds were comfy. We did have a minor problem with one of the bathrooms but when mentioned to the front desk, they were very quick and happy to sort our problem. I would therefore have no issue in asking for their help with anything. They were always happy to help. They even recommended an Italian restaurant which was only a 3 minute walk from the hotel which was fantastic.

Room Tip: We enjoyed one of the modern rooms

Stayed for a few days and really enjoyed the location. Just a few minutes walk to Clarks Shopping Village which was very impressive. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

Room Tip: We stayed in August during the heatwave and in the morning we discovered that the radiator was on!! So check it before lights out.

We have stayed at Mullions several times and have always been very pleased with both the facilities and the lovely friendly atmosphere. The breakfast is excellent and we only wish that the dining room was open in the evenings. The quaint old building is wonderful, a lovely quirky place to stay.

We were on a cycling holiday and arrived soaked to the skin. We were directed to put our bikes under the fire escape steps but getting them in and out was a bit tight. Room was basic and poorly arranged withe the ensuite door opening right round onto the tea and coffee station. Flex for kettle was very long and we had to unplug a bedside lamp in order to plug kettle in which was silly. Tea and coffee station should have been on other side of side of room. Bed comfortable. Service was a tad indifferent and not personal. Bar was shut up when we arrived back after dinner at 9pm. Mullions are not exploiting their potential and the rooms need an update and redesign. Not great for wet cyclists. On the plus side, on main drag and almost opposite clarks village and a short distance from a good Italian.

The modern rooms are pretty good, the old ones are in need of a refurb. As the hotel is next to the main high street, there s traffic noise if you have a room facing the road.

Wifi signal doesn't go isn't every room, but when it works it is of decent speed. Toiletries are basic and the beds are simple. Overall, ok Rooms.

Breakfast is cooked to order, and tastes ok.

Hence the 3 stars - pretty average!
