My mom, 1 year old and I went for a week of relaxation and sunshine. The hotel was very clean. Both around the pool area, restaurant and rooms. There was a massive selection of food with different themes of an evening. The children's facilities were very good although my baby was too young for most of them. The entertainment team were brilliant! They really got you involved and made our holiday extra special. My little one loves seeing them dancing around the pool and was a big fan of Barcy the hotel mascot. I took part in Pilates of a morning and of course took advantage of "cocktail time" where the entertainment team would get people up to make cocktails and then they'd hand them out around the pool.
The one swimming pool was heated which was lovely for my little one (and for me). The lifeguards were so vidulent. They watched so intently especially the children. The gym has good facilities such as treadmills, bikes, weights, cross fit etc.
Our room was huge! And the shower was very powerful and lovely and warm.
I was a little sceptical after reading some reviews but we had a wonderful time and would definitely go back.

This is a hotel in need of a total overview when it comes to personnel attitude and an understanding of customer needs. They have to look into customer needs starting with the first contact until checking out and the need of after service

I would be happy to stay again. The room was lovely, the staff very helpful and the setting was lovely. The pool is clean, the food good and access to the beach was great with the shuttle. I would recommend the hotel to my friends.

We upgraded to all inclusive plus and it was worth the extra cost. Quick check in. Your own area for breakfast which was nice and quiet. You had your own area in the main restaurant for evening meals and branded drinks. Plenty to do during the day with the entertainment team. Short walk to shops but you need go get a taxi back as it's up hill. Taxis are cheap cost arouaround €5. Hotel is very clean. I would definitely go back.

Very good hotel very relaxing, great there is a bus service to the beach which is one of the best beaches on the island overall excellent holiday. Would definitely return to this hotel great staff and rooms are kept clean and tidy
