My husband and I travelled down from the North West and my brother travelled from the South to meet at Fairlawns for a family get together/ birthday celebration. We couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. The rooms were all clean, spacious, modern and warm with thoughtful touches such as kit kats provided with tea/coffee facilities and the beds were so comfortable that we all enjoyed a good nights sleep! The food in the restaurant was well cooked and delicious and even though we all chose different dishes, they were all equally we'll prepared and beautifully presented. My father is 88 and has trouble negotiating stairs, so the staff made sure he knew where the lift was and they couldn't have been more obliging and helpful when he mislaid his room card. Most of all, the staff made our brief stay a very enjoyable experience...everyone was smiling, polite and courteous and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel as a fabulous place to stay! Thank you again for all your attention to detail...it didn't go unnoticed!!

Stayed here one night after a function. Pleasant hotel in lovely gardens. Reception staff helpful, and our room was available earlier. Lovely spacious room, robes, tea coffee and kit Kat. We ate at the function, and later in the restaurant. The food and service was superb and delicious. ALl staff were very pleasant. Would stay here again.

Room Tip: We chose larger deluxe room.

We booked a girls spa break and it really was fabulous. The staff are so friendly and our room was lovely, comfy beds, really clean and just by the spa. Dinner in the restaurant was great, the food is delicious, really tough to make a choice and my fish was cooked to perfection. Once again great staff. The spa is really good and I just wish I'd had time for more treatments. Really can't find a fault based on our experience.

I have stayed here a couple of times on business. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Everything is of a high standard, bedrooms VERY comfortable with quality fittings, very clean. Food is amazing and although not cheap, worth every penny - you really do get what you pay for: quality food, locally sourced. Spa is really nice and relaxing.

Although it's further out of Tamworth than many hotels, it's worth the extra travel for the luxury!

I can honestly say this is The BEST HOTEL we have EVER stayed in. We attended a close friends wedding & the staff bent over backwards in every aspect. FAIRLAWNS are in a class of their own.......... Fabulous food, spotless clean rooms. First class services from Neil the manager & his staff who are unpretentious, warm & extremely friendly but very professional.............nothing is to much trouble. This hotel is a Gem & we are so lucky to have found it. We will be back because we absolutely love it there ! Thank you so much
