The most USELESS HOTEL I have stayed in. A TORTURE for 2 days as I had already paid.
The service is THIRD CLASS as waiters cannot speak English or Hindi. They did not
serve the complimentary breakfast on one day sayingh that no guests are staying. THE WORST
HOTEL. AVOID IT OR SUFFER.

And this hotel you can find Lizards , entering even before you enter to the rooms.(Every where you can find Lizards)
Close to the Chidambaram Bus Stop & Very Close to Railway Station.
Food is so expensive , which is too much for that Location .
Rooms are not well maintained .

What a horrible room. The room was tiny, smelled of mold (which were clearly visible on the wall), very noisy, hardly any daylight and dirty sheets (I don't think they changed them after the previous guests. The wash basin was torn of from the wall, so no wash baisin availible. Reception was not unfriendly, but not very helpful either. The restaurant was very poor, the waiter rude (i think he was just shy and acted rude to hide his shyness), the breakfast was cold and on the first morning not availible (apperently we were to late, but we were not informed what time it ended.) The only things I liked was the small garden downstairs were you could sit and have a cold drink, but this really the only thing I liked.

Very average, rooms are basic, not great. some staff helpful and some not so helpful. close to railway station you keep hearing the trains honking away and disturbing your sleep.
housekeeping could be better, we had 2 rooms, 1 room could not be locked and the other did not have proper lighting. transit hotel fit for a nights stay. restaurant is just fine not great. a bit pricey for the facilities and do not expect big things.

Room Tip: check with the room boy for a room that does not face the railway station, trains keep honking and d...

This is an average hotel located little away from the bus stand and it was not an easy to locate the hotel if you are new to the place. We just walked-in to the hotel and the welcome at the reception was average. We had booked 2 rooms and the room facilities are decent though. Due to the ongoing power cut, there are certain limitations for hot water and unfortunately it was complete black out on that particular day. It has a restaurant and not much varieties and i would strongly recommend to look for restaurants near by. They have provided complementary break-fast with less options and the food taste and quality was well below average. They try to provide service but their staffs are not trained enough to meet the service expectations. I would recommend this hotel selection as a second option. Though they say Wi-Fi will be available but it was not correct. They have a separate room for accessing internet which is very much disappointing.

Room Tip: Lot of power cut and current back-up issues, request to check and confirm before check-in. Please re...
